Sendinc ensures your messages are encrypted to the highest standards. There's no software required for you or your recipients, and you can use your existing email address. Most importantly - because Sendinc does not store encryption keys - only your recipients have the ability to decrypt your messages.

**What do you like best about Sendinc?**

As it says on their landing page; "It's safe. It's fast.  It's free."  It is also almost embarassingly simple to use.  

There are some usage limitations.  The free version includes:  
    Military-grade encryption
    7 Day limited message retention
    100MB message storage
    10MB max message size
    20 recipients per day

If one's specific needs are greater, the paid version is well worth it:
     Military-grade encryption
     Unlimited message retention
     10GB message storage
     200MB max message size
     200 recipients per day
     Custom message expiration
     Message retraction
     Message auditing

For my own modest requirements, it works great at the free level.

**What do you dislike about Sendinc?**

I really can't think of any downside, unless one's requirements far exceed any of those limitations.

**What problems is Sendinc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a clinical social worker who does psychotherapy.  When I need to send emails to clients or to others on their behalf, I need to have access to encrypted email in order to maintain privacy.
I do not have a massive caseload and using Sendinc.com provides that, along with room to scale up, if necessary, without major impact on my budget.
