The documentation part would needed some more structured and easy to find searches. Would like to have some global search where the keyword could be searched in all of its documents and provides the list of search resulted documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We as a bank users, we use SEEBURGER BIS Suite everyday in handling EDI transactions and with the upcoming web apps we see it very structured and easy way to handle things and now we are having apps which are dedicated for specific tasks.

But some of the SEEBURGER service pack, releases features which are partially working, it would be good if we have the release of features which are fully functional.

SEEBURGER Support is extremely appreciated, in critical incidents support has been provided us to reduce the production environment impacts asap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using BIS solutions for several years now. It helps us to smoothly implement standard EDI integrations with our customers. For more customized solutions BIS offers enough tooling to create and maintain custom solutions for connecting and mapping. BIS support delivers great support, by well trained professionals. What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

BIS is hosting AS2 and HTTP gateways for the connections with our customers and other platforms. BIS supports a high level of security and availability (99.9%). For customers (or platforms) which not us standard integrations, we create customized solutions and mappings with standard tooling which is available in BIS. All processes are monitored by Seeburger (adapters) and notifications are sent whenever issues are detected. What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

Like flexibility of having options to design customized process & adapters whenever their is an complex requirement.

It is easier to integrate with different communication protocols which gives flexibility to onboard partners.

What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

I use the BIS almost daily but with the new Portal 7 I see their are many challenges with UI even though it's simple to use but I liked the Tree view of entities which was in front end but in Portal 7 view is not as flexible as it was in Front end.

Their are also numerous issues with BIS MD in compare to BICMD which makes it difficult for us to plan the migration of Map & in some cases while developing new Maps due to limitations of BIS MD we have to use BICMD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

I personally find the BIS landscape management very helpful, if we need to bring the entire landscape down or any specific node, BLM provide a single click feature with user friendly UI.

Moreover, I also find the new BIS web apps especially useful as they provide detail insights about the processing, for e.g. in new BIS process monitor, we can see what all nodes/adapters are involved on each step which helps problem investigation a bit easy. Although everything about SEEBURGER is quiet good, however switching from using BIC to BIS for mapping is difficult, as BIC and BIS both have totally different UI and also many of functions from BIC are unavailable or changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SEEBURGER BIS is solving the challenge of managing complex B2B and EDI integrations across multiple systems and partners, formats and protocols. It automates data exchange, reducing the manual intervention and errors. Smooth onboarding of the trading partners, easy troubleshooting of the file flows. What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

In recent years SEEBURGER has evolved its platform within a vastly changing integration space that it operates in, its been modernized in a big way. It provides a Suite of tools that any Integration Expert should have available to them. The Application is modern and covers all the key areas needed for data integration. The hub and spoke architecture enables us as customers to enable what we need , when we need it. They offer everything from B2B, API, IOT, MFT, E-Invoicing and much more. They even have AI assistance embedded in their new BIS Mapping tool to help even a novice start on the road to good mapping logic and to help understand the complexity of EDI Syntax.

I also like the fact they have online help and a vast library of documentation to assist, they have an online community forum for customers to join and engage with their peers, if ever you’re unsure just ask the experts a question and they always respond!

When you deal with SEEBURGER it feels like they care, I personally can lean on their support to help us with our integration needs and they offer some great Solutions to help your business role out quickly with ease but in a standard way. What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

Sometimes you can find bugs in the software and they are then fixed by Service Packs and Hot Fixes but some of those Bugs could be found by their own developers ahead of time.

Moving from old JAVA Frontend to the new Web UI can be a challenge as some functions are not all quite there yet in the new way of working.

Although there is a vast array of documentation available it can be sometimes hard to find exactly what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We benefit from the translation of EDI data to Inhouse Format & standard AS2 adapter communications - mappings are inhouse on an old Solution at the moment though. We hope to utilise the Standard B2B Solution offering from Seeburger and their Library of Trading Partner Maps to help us standardise and roll out quickly and efficiently with low error rate. What do you like best about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

We have been using SEEBURGER BIS for many years, initially on-premise and more recently as an iPaaS environment.

I like the flexibility that we have on iPaaS to create our own mappings and integration processes as well as using the standard Seeburger Partner mappings and profiles for exchanges with our customers and logistics partners.

What do you dislike about SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite?

The recent move from the Java Frontend to the new Web Apps has brought an up-to-date feel to the software which I like.
