Its reminder system. documents storage and task management are the main features which I liked the most

It is slightly expansive in respect of others. Its helping guide should be provided

**What problems is Second CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now quotations in pdf, sales orders, invoices etc are generated and transmitted. Hence managing my sales work is almost solved.
