As a Sr. HR Generalist for my business, I'm thrilled with the positive changes our location has seen in providing both consistency and visibility to the discipline process. With a few simple clicks, frontline leadership can easily access previous discipline records of employees and review examples of how similar situations have been handled. This is particularly valuable in off shifts and schedules, when the HR team is not onsite. Additionally, managers have visibility to all discipline and coaching conversations so that they may further mentor & guide their teams on effective coaching, communication, and leadership. For fiscal year 2023, our site has shown an increase in recognition and coaching for improvement conversations, which in turn has led to a 50% reduction in turnover, compared to previous years.
