**What do you like best about Secchi?**

As the Manager of mulitple work areas within our facility, Secchi allows me the ability to see and monitor performance metrics for all my direct reports in an easy and user friendly format.  Secchi has reduced the amount of administrative time my Supervisors had to spend in the past gathering the same data from multiple sources.  This allows them more time to spend managing their areas and less time on administrative tasks.  It also helps me monitor the performance of my Supervisory team and how timely they are covering performance results with their direct reports.  I especially like the recognition tools provided.  I believe the consistent use of this part of the Secchi software has improved engagement in our facility.

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

There is nothing to not like about using Secchi.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secchi reduces the amount of time it took for Supervisors to gather performance data and cover performance comments with their direct reports.  It has reduced that amount of time significanlty and because of that, Supervisors are having performance coachign sessions on a more regular basis.  Becuase performance is now covered more timely, accountability for underperformers has improved while also increasing recognition and improving culture in the facility.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

As a Sr. HR Generalist for my business, I'm thrilled with the positive changes our location has seen in providing both consistency and visibility to the discipline process. With a few simple clicks, frontline leadership can easily access previous discipline records of employees and review examples of how similar situations have been handled. This is particularly valuable in off shifts and schedules, when the HR team is not onsite. Additionally, managers have visibility to all discipline and coaching conversations so that they may further mentor & guide their teams on effective coaching, communication, and leadership. For fiscal year 2023, our site has shown an increase in recognition and coaching for improvement conversations, which in turn has led to a 50% reduction in turnover, compared to previous years. A big thank you to Secchi founder, Mike White, the Secchi team, and our supervisors and managers for embracing the Secchi tool and making our business a success!

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

I honestly don't have a lot of complaints about the Secchi tool. The Secchi administrative team has always been responsive to any question my site may have or any challenges we might face. Thank you!

Consistency in discipline application, recognition, effective coaching, improved attendance, and turnover reduction.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

The thing that Secchi impressed me about most was how easy it made reporting, data integration, and the time it allowed me to work on other projects without having to take hours out of my work week for data mining. I was told that with the implentation of Secchi my job would get much easier, and the team delivered. Secchi has a fantastic team from top to bottom, and they deliver when expected. This system has been a huge hit for our business and we have seen improvement from bottom to top.

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

Since the beginning it has been hard to notice anything to dislike about Secchi.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secchi is solving the attendance issue for us. It has allowed us to be more timely with our attendance policy and also has allowed our employees to have much easier access to their own records.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

Since implementation, Secci has proven an invaluable tool for our frontline leaders.  The ease of use, ability to interact and coach the frontline through technology and capability of providing recognition in a very simple format has proven to the be a winner.  Nothing but positive feedback from both leaders and the frontline post implementation.  Extremely excited to continue our national rollout.

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

Honestly, at this point, nothing.  I only wish I had launched sooner and faster.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving attendance obstacles, creating a simple way to recognize and improving productivity.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

Secchi is a great program. I love the fact that all my employee's information is in one location. No more searching excel files, word documents, emails, text messages, or hard paper employee files to find information that is needed. It also allows you to give recognition to your employees when needed through text features.

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

The thing I like the least about Secchi is the activity feed. I understand what it is for, but I like little to no information on my screens at all times.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more searching excel files, word documents, emails, text messages, or hard paper employee files to find information that is needed. Time mangement for HR.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

Secchi allows our supervisors and management team to communicate and document every occurrence both good and bad to one platform. This allows us to understand how employees are progressing or declining and gives us the opportunity to address it to become a more efficient workplace.

I would like the ability to edit supervisors write ups or recognitions.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secchi allows us to recognize employees that would otherwise be forgotten in the busy daily schedule.

**What do you like best about Secchi?**

The ability to drive business results in an efficient way, reducing PM time for supervisors, and easy access to attendance points for all hourly employees.

**What do you dislike about Secchi?**

Pain points have been when systems updates occurs, and the Supervisors are unaware of what they need to do differently.

**What problems is Secchi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation improvement; feedback standardization & timeliness; efficiency for Supervisors & HR Administrators; ease of access to attendance points for employees; more positive recognition to employees and documentation of those recognitions that was not being documented prior.
