It's name is well known, so it helps us to convince customers of our data's quality. **What do you dislike about Searchmetrics?** Sometimes it is a little bit complicated to create projects without wasting tokens. An example: If you create a new project and include a search engine, you must also go through the next step (keywords). Even if you don't want to include any keywords in the project, you need to save the empty keyword list. If not, the project will count as one monitored keyword on your quota. **What problems is Searchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Searchmetrics gives me an overview about the rankings of our customer's websites. When we pitch our services, we can provide lots of data regarding the actual situation of the website. That helps us to convince the customer. ### 2. I really like the presentation of ONLY commercially viable keyword rankings as well. No use presenting 50k like SEMrush if 90% of them are Page 5+ **What do you dislike about Searchmetrics?** It would be great to see a little more paid insight functionality, but again there are limitations there depending on access and black boxes. Perhaps an easier way to filter through which keywords have driven which rankings drops. **What problems is Searchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving our problem of presenting organic visibility across time, which then opens up conversations around on and off-site content strategies. I also find the Competitors Analysis inside Research Cloud's Organic Search feature super helpful. You can directly check other websites' keywords by the ones only they rank, the ones you have in common, and the ones only you rank. Super practical. **What do you dislike about Searchmetrics?** When I run out of credits (just kidding). I believe most issues are mostly related to how much you spend time using the tool and getting to know its features since it offers a wide range of data and insights for SEO professionals. **What problems is Searchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing (in my case) is understanding how much effort I put into each content can really make a difference in ranking the page. So briefing, writing and editing an article using Content Experience solves that problem and the results as phenomenal. ### 4. We also love the recommendations to help us optimize our landing pages as well as our ever green content. **What do you dislike about Searchmetrics?** It requires some technical background to be able to leverage the full potential of the platform but they have a very hapful and knowledgable CS team to train people on the tool. **Recommendations to others considering Searchmetrics:** SM has the most accurate data among all the other tools in the market. If you don't have the bandwidth to AB test it yourself, I am pretty sure they can provide you more info from their other customers who ran deeper comparisons which were very helpful for us. **What problems is Searchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since we started using Searchmetrics, we trippled the organic traffic to most of our content if not even more.
