**What do you like best about SE Telecom?**

What I like best about SE Telecom is how reliable and user-friendly it is. The call quality is always clear, and the platform feels intuitive even for new users. I also appreciate the quick response from their support team they really care about helping customers and make the whole experience smooth and pleasant

**What do you dislike about SE Telecom?**

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the mobile app could be a bit faster when switching between calls or chats. It’s a minor issue, and overall the platform works really well

**What problems is SE Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SE Telecom is helping us improve internal and external communication by making it faster and more organized. It solves the problem of having multiple disconnected tools — now everything is centralized in one place. This has saved us time, reduced missed messages, and made collaboration with clients and teammates much smoother.

**What do you like best about SE Telecom?**

We switched from an Avaya phone system to a Clear Clouds phone system with SE Telecom to save money while boosting our communications platform.

The move went quite smoothly, and we now have many new services including call recording, voicemail transcription, call center, and more.

**What do you dislike about SE Telecom?**

Nothing as of now, but It run slow sometimes, but its okay in initial phase

**What problems is SE Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now answer calls from home, pass calls back and forth to other employees as if we were in the office, send text messages to one another, check who is on the phone, and more.

Though being completely naïve for such an advice but seeing myself self-grow so much and contributed towards SE Telecom’s success.

**What do you dislike about SE Telecom?**

It takes time.
It run slow sometimes.
It doesn't work sometimes.

**What problems is SE Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a technology company it is hard to keep up with the new and upcoming solutions while having a happy work / life balance. Sometimes it is just too much work.
