**What do you like best about SDR as a Service?**

The leads were high quality and were aware of why they were on the call with the sales staff

**What do you dislike about SDR as a Service?**

All the documents in their meeting prep make the prospect nervous like that they are alredy in a contract

**Recommendations to others considering SDR as a Service:**

Make sure that you contact them with enough time to get everything going - don't wait until right before your deadline because it wil take them 1-2 weeks to train and assign people

**What problems is SDR as a Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client needed leads for his Recruiting Start Up business and used SDR as a Service to generate leads and they prevented him from hiring staff that he only needs at peak times of the year - that saved money for him on hiring staff that was only needed for a few weeks a year and generated revenue from the appointments

Fast onboarding, some processes are managed externally

**What do you dislike about SDR as a Service?**

I still had to dedicate a lot of time to managing the external SDRs, quality of leads was not the best

No internal structure to hire and train SDRs
