Savis is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and electronic invoicing platform built in Saudi Arabia for Saudi and GCC businesses. It brings accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, CRM, and HR and payroll into a single system, with an Arabic-first interface designed for the local market rather than translated into it. Compliance is part of the core, not an add-on. Savis supports ZATCA e-invoicing across both phases, including direct integration with the Fatoora platform: environment setup, CSR generation, compliance CSID onboarding, QR codes and XML/UBL invoices. VAT is reported through sales and purchase ledgers aligned to quarterly filing periods, and the system tracks estimated Zakat against the filing deadline — local requirements most international platforms do not cover. The interface ships in Arabic, English and Urdu, and the language is set per user rather than per system. A cashier can work in Urdu while accounting works in Arabic, on the same database and with no duplicate entry. Savis runs as a shared cloud subscription that goes live within days, or as a dedicated deployment with an independent database and private subdomain, scaling to 50 branches and 5,000 users with permissions scoped per branch. Specialized editions serve specific sectors: Savis Automotive for tire shops and service centers, with plate number and odometer on the invoice and a catalogue of over 3,000 sector items; and Savis Contracting for projects, progress invoicing, retention, bank guarantees and project costing. Companion Android apps extend the system into the field for sales visits, barcode scanning and stock counting. Pricing is published openly as an annual subscription with a one-time setup fee and no per-transaction charges.

What do you like best about Savis?

What I like most about Savis is its exceptional speed and responsiveness when navigating between services and pages.

The keyboard shortcuts are particularly useful, allowing me to instantly create invoices, search for customers, products, or suppliers, and view customer balances, stock availability, cost prices, and selling prices directly from the quick search screen.

Another outstanding feature is how easy it is to connect and integrate with ZATCA. The entire process takes just two minutes through the settings screen, without needing a programmer or technical assistance.

Savis also offers a built-in support ticket system and an AI-powered assistant that helps manage sales, customers, and suppliers while providing helpful guidance. Additionally, its smart notifications keep me informed about sales, reports, low stock, and much more.
