**What do you like best about SatisFactor?**

Is the best! A very simple and really easy to use software, it also provides me with the best relationship with customers, study and identify customers with potential risk and automate customer emails. Great team and great product. They give you the possibility of conducting surveys, campaigns and tasks.

**What do you dislike about SatisFactor?**

No problem, no disadvantage. I wish they had more integration, SMS systems, and links to other important platforms.

**Recommendations to others considering SatisFactor:**

It is an imminent improvement to automate and develop marketing processes, it will allow you to offer the best customer service. It helps you organize yourself better.

**What problems is SatisFactor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really improves the relationship with your customers, it is amazing how this helps in increasing sales and how it helps you maintain a more lasting relationship with your clientele.
