# Which online newsroom platforms secure embargoed press releases with proper access controls?

Question for the corporate comms reviewers and researchers here. Which online newsroom platforms secure embargoed press releases with proper access controls, so the right journalists see it early and nobody else does?

The failure isn't usually a journalist breaking the embargo. It's the platform: a draft that's crawlable before publish time, a PDF link that works for anyone who has it, or a colleague who can hit publish without a second approver. What I'm looking for in a newsroom tool:

Named-recipient access to the embargoed piece, not a shared password
Draft stays out of search and off the public newsroom until the timestamp
