**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center?**

It's great to have all of my employee data in one place, and I love how quickly and easily I can make changes to my own data and that of my team for payroll change purposes.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center?**

It's not visually as clean as other platforms I've used, and there seems to be a lot of work on the backend to really get the type of user experience you are looking for.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SF, all employee data was managed in google sheets with endless trackers and emails pinging back and forth to confirm and reconfirm the accuracy of data. Now, we treat it as THE single source of truth.
