The ticket-raising feature is particularly helpful for communicating with management directly, and the Social section keeps the office environment lively with birthday wishes, work anniversaries, and event updates. It’s also great to see that the Super Works team is actively working on new updates and improvements. **What do you dislike about Superworks?** While Super Works covers attendance and HR essentials well, it lacks employee activity monitoring features—specifically, tracking screen time or how time is spent during work hours.
