What do you like best about Superworks?

SuperHRMS makes it very easy for employees to clock in and out, and it accurately tracks attendance, showing how many days an employee was present, absent, or on leave. It also manages leave requests, holiday calendars, and provides complete details about each employee, including their performance, experience, bank information, salary slips, and even bond agreements. All the office rules and notes are available in one place, which is very helpful. If someone forgets to clock in or out, they can submit an attendance request to update the record, which is a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superworks?

Sometimes, if you forget to clock out, the system automatically deducts leave or applies a penalty, which can be unfair and not easily resolved. There are also occasional glitches where it auto clock-ins or clock-outs incorrectly. Another issue is during breaks—if you return within 5 to 15 minutes, the system sometimes doesn't register your return, which affects the attendance record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superworks is solving important HR problems like attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, and employee documentation by bringing all these features into one easy-to-use platform.
