What I like best about Superworks is that it brings multiple HR functions like payroll, attendance, and loan management into one platform

What I dislike about Superworks is that the software has several issues. Payroll calculations and loan EMI calculations are often incorrect, and at times the system does not capture data properly while processing payroll.

**What problems is Superworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superworks is helping us manage payroll and loan processes in one system. However, there are frequent issues, and I often need to contact their team for support. Many times, I am unable to complete payroll calculations without their intervention, which affects efficiency and saves less time than expected.

Superworks brings all our core operations — HRMS, Payroll, Projects, Performance, Assets, Chat, ATS, and Surveys — onto a single platform. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the support team is quick and responsive. Regular updates show they genuinely value customer feedback.

Not much to dislike. A few advanced customizations take some time to set up, and reporting in certain modules could go deeper — but these keep improving with every update.

If I tell you honestly sometimes while clocking it's shows some unnecessary errors but it automatically gets resolved by contacting support team specially I want to mention Prakhar he is always ready to support us whenever we need any kind of help

SuperHRMS makes it very easy for employees to clock in and out, and it accurately tracks attendance, showing how many days an employee was present, absent, or on leave. It also manages leave requests, holiday calendars, and provides complete details about each employee, including their performance, experience, bank information, salary slips, and even bond agreements. All the office rules and notes are available in one place, which is very helpful. If someone forgets to clock in or out, they can submit an attendance request to update the record, which is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Superworks?**

Sometimes, if you forget to clock out, the system automatically deducts leave or applies a penalty, which can be unfair and not easily resolved. There are also occasional glitches where it auto clock-ins or clock-outs incorrectly. Another issue is during breaks—if you return within 5 to 15 minutes, the system sometimes doesn't register your return, which affects the attendance record.

Superworks is solving important HR problems like attendance tracking, leave management, payroll, and employee documentation by bringing all these features into one easy-to-use platform. It has helped reduce manual work, saved time, and made HR processes more transparent and efficient. Earlier, I faced some issues like forgetting to clock out or break-time clock-ins not registering properly, which sometimes led to unfair penalties. But once those issues were resolved, it became much easier for me to manage my attendance and avoid unnecessary deductions.

As an employee, the most valuable feature of Super Works is its ability to track all my present and absent days seamlessly. It simplifies monthly attendance tracking and provides easy access to salary slips for any month. I also appreciate how I can monitor all my approved leaves and download detailed reports, including salary breakdowns. The ticket-raising feature is particularly helpful for communicating with management directly, and the Social section keeps the office environment lively with birthday wishes, work anniversaries, and event updates. It’s also great to see that the Super Works team is actively working on new updates and improvements.

**What do you dislike about Superworks?**

While Super Works covers attendance and HR essentials well, it lacks employee activity monitoring features—specifically, tracking screen time or how time is spent during work hours. For that purpose, we’ve had to integrate Trackabi for project and activity tracking, which we’d prefer to have within Super Works itself

**What problems is Superworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Superworks helps solve the hassle of tracking attendance, leaves, and salary details all in one place. It makes it easy for me to monitor my present and absent days, apply for leave, download salary slips anytime, and even raise tickets directly to management. It saves time, brings transparency, and keeps me connected with office updates like birthdays and events through the Social feature

I appreciate that Superworks is pretty good and handy to use with a decent, intuitive UI that avoids confusion in the step guides. The customization support is excellent, particularly with the payroll components. I find the local presence beneficial as it helps in better alignment and communication. I value that it efficiently automates payroll days, attendance, and leave management, making everything smoother. Continuing my yearly subscription emphasizes my satisfaction with their service.

I found the setup process for Superworks quite tiresome due to the customization needed, particularly in the payroll components and salary structure sections. Additionally, setting up things with the help of legal compliances and following proper procedures posed a significant challenge. I would also appreciate a more detailed way of generating reports and an overall quarterly payout summary report to enhance data visibility.
