# Is Accenture worth it for UKG consulting services?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi, UKG admins and HR tech folks on G2: is<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/accenture/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/accenture/reviews"><strong>Accenture</strong></a> actually worth it for UKG consulting?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Here's the tension I can't resolve from the outside. Nobody gets questioned for picking Accenture. It runs strategy through implementation through 24/7 managed services, and it takes on the giant rollouts, like multi-hospital workforce projects. If you need scale, the case makes itself.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">But the<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-consulting-services"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/ukg-consulting-services">UKG consulting services</a> category tells another story. Accenture sits at 4.2 across 105+ G2 reviews, and those reviews cover its whole consulting practice, not just UKG work. Meanwhile, specialists like<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/surety-systems/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/surety-systems/reviews"><strong>Surety Systems</strong></a> and<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/seequelle/reviews"> </a><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/seequelle/reviews"><strong>Seequelle</strong></a> score higher with crowds who bought exactly this (UKG) service.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">So the real question is what the premium buys. Global reach and accountability? Or mostly a brand?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">If you've run a UKG project with Accenture or evaluated one: what would make someone pick them, and what would push one to a boutique?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"></p>

Accenture makes sense when UKG is one piece of a broader HR transformation. For a focused UKG rollout, you&#39;re paying for infrastructure you won&#39;t use. Surety Systems or Seequelle will go deeper on the actual config work.
