**What do you like best about Sangoma?**

It was very convenient, we could track other agents  who were connected on other calls as well. So Everyone was aware who is talking to whom. Moreover multiple functionalities as monitoring others calls as well and listening recorded calls. Great features

**What do you dislike about Sangoma?**

Sometimes it was a bit inaccurate with the data. But rest everything has been fine.

**What problems is Sangoma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a call center and multiple people working, so it is easy to track everyone and what they are doing.
