**What do you like best about SAMWAD?**

Samwad all in one platform for Whatsapp system, it reduces the tool surfing to do around different platforms.

**What do you dislike about SAMWAD?**

Some features are still work in progress, and some integration tools need more polishing and voice & call triger workflows have some lags.

**What problems is SAMWAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to automate the lead captures and then follow-ups campaign triggers more effective, it eases up more manual work into automated and make effective engagements.
