What do you like best about SalesJunction?

I find SalesJunction to be an excellent tool for managing donor-related activities within our NGO, primarily due to its user-friendly prompts and features for follow-up emails. These aspects are particularly beneficial in ensuring timely communication with donors. The ability to set reminders for automatic follow-up emails is a significant asset, as it allows us to alert donors about funding opportunities without manual intervention, creating a seamless workflow. Furthermore, I appreciate the ease and speed of the initial setup, which made integrating SalesJunction into our operations straightforward. This combination of intuitive design and efficient email management enhances our productivity and communication effectiveness, making SalesJunction an invaluable resource for our organization. What do you dislike about SalesJunction?

What do you like best about SalesJunction?

I really like the dashboards in SalesJunction, especially how they show my sales funnel. I spend most of my time looking at the sales funnel on the dashboard, checking the leads status to identify strong and improvement areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesJunction?

I think you could add integration with video call software for demo meetings tracking. Having both voice and video interactions in one place would help in more closures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesJunction provides a range of CRM functionalities, including lead management, contact management etc. It is very affordable forthe user which is the best. What do you like best about SalesJunction?

Dashboards and reports. Ability for different members of the team to see and work on the same system really made things easier. The platform design is clear and user friendly and once you get familiar with it it becomes simple to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some automation and scheduling patts of the system were difficult to figure out and set up. Some training is required before you start using it which takes time but as said in the positives once you do learn it the system becomes very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesJunction?

Almost everything, it is still under development and still very impressive. It provides most of the functionalities needed for a CRM at a very considerable price. From easy availability of documents to manage a small scale business of lesser employees, it helps us track needs managing employees providing reports (custom and the standard ones).

The migration from the existing platform to this was effortless, got help from customer support of SJ, and was pretty neat.

So far no complaints with SJ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesJunction?

We Have been using SJ for a year now, and so far, we can't say if we have disliked anything about it.

It serves the purpose.

It minimizes the cost.

It works well and is easy to use.

So as of now, nothing there which we dislike about SJ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
