**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

I find SalesJunction to be an excellent tool for managing donor-related activities within our NGO, primarily due to its user-friendly prompts and features for follow-up emails. These aspects are particularly beneficial in ensuring timely communication with donors. The ability to set reminders for automatic follow-up emails is a significant asset, as it allows us to alert donors about funding opportunities without manual intervention, creating a seamless workflow. Furthermore, I appreciate the ease and speed of the initial setup, which made integrating SalesJunction into our operations straightforward. This combination of intuitive design and efficient email management enhances our productivity and communication effectiveness, making SalesJunction an invaluable resource for our organization. The likelihood of recommending SalesJunction to others is very high, reflected in my willingness to give it a score of 10 out of 10.

I find the lack of a database for company Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives a significant shortcoming. Incorporating this feature would greatly enhance the functionality for managing donor-related activities.

What I like most about SalesJunction is how it helps sales and customer information organized in one place. It makes tracking leads and managing communication much easier, which helps save time during daily work.

The interface can feel a bit outdated in some areas, and it takes time to learn all the features properly. Sometimes navigation between sections is not as smooth as expected.

**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

I really like the dashboards in SalesJunction, especially how they show my sales funnel. I spend most of my time looking at the sales funnel on the dashboard, checking the leads status to identify strong and improvement areas.

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

I think you could add integration with video call software for demo meetings tracking. Having both voice and video interactions in one place would help in more closures.

I use SalesJunction to track and monitor client data and prepare and segregate data for conversation updates. This helps identify pipelines and prepare sales strategies. I spend most of my time looking at sales funnel dashboards to identify strong and improvement areas.

**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

SalesJunction provides a range of CRM functionalities, including lead management, contact management etc. It is very affordable forthe user which is the best. At the price level it provides a lot of features, which makes it user friendly as well as customizeable.

Athough it has a wide range of features, but the interface is a bit out dated. It is slow , resulting in a greater loading time.

SalesJuntion is fully customizeable at a affordable price, which makes it very unique.

SalesJuction is really good tool,nothing bad in that.

I can easily track my leads and opportunities.Before SalesJunction I was using excel sheet for my lead and opportunities and this process was time consuming and sometime I was missed my important call and emails,but now I can esily maintained.

UI is very easy to use and very easy to track sales and customers data.

Also, the backend reporting provide perfect management oversight of the sales force.

Great value for money tools.

Some times filter doesn't work properly.

Dashboards and reports. Ability  for different members of the team to see and work on the same system really made things easier. The platform design is clear and user friendly and once you get familiar with it it becomes simple to use

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

Some automation and scheduling patts of the system were difficult to figure out and set up. Some training is required before you start using it which takes time but as said in the positives once you do learn it the system becomes very useful

I worked on Sales Junction for a small business which didn't have the infrastructure or processes set up yeat so this really helped to streamline the focus of the team

**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

Almost everything, it is still under development and still very impressive. It provides most of the functionalities needed for a CRM at a very considerable price. From easy availability of documents to manage a small scale business of lesser employees, it helps us track needs managing employees providing reports (custom and the standard ones).
The migration from the existing platform to this was effortless, got help from customer support of SJ, and was pretty neat.
So far no complaints with SJ

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

We Have been using SJ for a year now, and so far, we can't say if we have disliked anything about it.
It serves the purpose.
It minimizes the cost.
It works well and is easy to use.
So as of now, nothing there which we dislike about SJ

**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

We are satisfied with Sales Junction. The information one keeps for records and items is totally adaptable, we have custom fitted it in the course of recent years and works superbly. The standard reports are great however we have made a few custom reports including one the framework sends an email to staff to tell them what is in progress. Information is anything but difficult to import for records, contacts and item blend. Downloading information to Excel is finished with a tick. SJ backing is extraordinary, they are fast, solid and consistently have discovered an answer for our issues. I have done usage of Sales Force and Netsuite, SJ is a lot simpler to get ready for action the manner in which you need it.

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

Missing some of the more advanced CRM functionality. Also support is not as strong as others.

Great simple CRM for most businesses

Keeping track of follow ups, and helping customers to find the best promotions for their desired brand with our database.

I like it because you get a lot of storage space, many network emails, drip marketing services, event programming and many other valuable features are available directly.

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

The filters do not work well and we have constant problems with compatibility and modern technology / programs.

The price of the software is very fair and has kept it for its customers for a long time. It still returns phone calls / emails. The system is easy to use and the service is excellent. I can't tell SalesJunction enough positive things.

SalesJunction offers high price value. During the early stages, the CRM has been an excellent entry-level system for our business and we adapted it to meet our most demanding needs.

Since it doesn't demand any installations that are on-hand, Sales Junction is the ideal online tool for your funding. It retains groups and the teams productive and organized.

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

It's relatively embarrassing to me, and I tend to defy entering the information because of this. It doesn't supply or remind me of all the connections or actions that I did, and I need to find it. It is more like a laptop of advice that I have saved I must frequently dig to get.

A program for managers of most of the salespeople, and salespeople for output, and earnings.

Salesjunction permits you to configure custom areas enabling you to monitor information and run reports.

It is relatively awkward to me personally, and I tend to withstand entering the data due to that. It does not provide or remind me of actions or contacts I did, and I have to locate. It's more like an internet notebook of advice I have saved that I must dig into frequently to have the information I want to make contact.

I like first off that is web based - I also like that it is easy enough to sift through contacts, customers, leads and prospects and efficiently log notes and updates.

It could just be my computer but it seems like it can be a bit laggy at times.

I am solving a lot of problems but most of all organizationally - I am able to make sure I do follow ups with automated reminders of deadlines and contacts that need to be called back.

Sale Junction is a good opportunity for all the clients. It is good plate form to sale out the products.

Most of the Sales Junction are not sale a good product and t not a good quality wise.

Salesjunction allows you to configure custom fields on every page imaginable, allowing you to track more data and run reports more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

Learning how to use the reporting tool is a little difficult but Salesjunction provides great customer service and they will walk you through everything from start to finish.

We run our marketing campaigns through SalesJunction by using their Email Templates. We also track sales opportunities and notes on existing customers.

Sales Junction is a perfect online tool for the budget savvy IT professionals because it doesn’t require any on-hand installations. Simply, it keeps the teams and groups organized and productive.

Nothing really except that it is only for English language

**What do you like best about SalesJunction?**

It keeps track of contacts, notes, and activities. I'm not a power-user by any stretch, but I can tell it covers the basics. 

**What do you dislike about SalesJunction?**

It's pretty cumbersome to me and I tend to resist entering information necessary to track sales efforts because of that. It doesn't provide, or I have yet to find, dashboard-type views that help me plan my work and remind me of important contacts or activities I did. To me, it's more like an online notebook of information I've stored that I have to dig back into often to get the information I need to make the next contact.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesJunction:**

I'm pretty sure there are better options out there. I don't know the cost of SJ, but I think spending more is worth it.

**What problems is SalesJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Keeping track of contacts and notes.
2) History or previous sales efforts are logged so I can review those and get an idea about where to start building a relationship.

Simple to learn and use.  Traditional CRM web app with everything where you would think it would be.  Great Email and phone support. No long-term contracts needed.

The user interface could use a little updating.
