What i appreciate most is that parents and students no longer have                           to wait until office hours for answers. The chatbot covers everything from enrollment steps to event details  and even exam schedules. It makes us look professional and responsive, even in the middle of the night. Parents have actually emailed me saying how impressed they are with the instant replies.

School schedules can change quickly, and sometimes the bot doesn't keep up unless we update it manually. That's the only limitation I've noticed.

The multilingual support is decent but since we save a lot of Asian tourists, i wish there were more advanced translations for those languages.
