The cost can be a lot as organizations grow. Service is also not the best. The cost of premier support is prohibitive, especially when considering scaling over time. The standard support has a very long turnaround time and is so technical that only the admin can use it. The system's soft crediting method is awful and makes for many reporting difficulties.
