**What do you like best about CRMmetry?**

The best thing I like about this CRM is task management and also customer support if there are any issues came there backup team will be available at any time.

**What do you dislike about CRMmetry?**

Some bugs which came between your Work may lead to waiting for some time as you have to connect with Back in team for resolution other wise rest of the thing is good they provide you on call resolution is the best thing for them.

**Recommendations to others considering CRMmetry:**

- Make CRM bugs-free.
- Increase Customer support.
-Add task remainder in some other way also which makes them easy to follow up on leads
