**What do you like best about SalesDrive Technologies?**

What stands out most about SalesDrive is their collaborative and hands-on approach. Rather than simply delivering a finished product, they worked alongside our team throughout implementation and made knowledge transfer a priority.

Our goal was to become self-sufficient in Oracle IC—to understand how to maintain the system, build new compensation plans, and develop reporting internally—and SDT fully supported that goal. They took the time to explain not just what they were doing, but why.

That approach gave our team real ownership and set us up for long-term success.

**What do you dislike about SalesDrive Technologies?**

I honestly have very little negative feedback. If anything, Oracle IC itself can be highly complex, and some challenges are more related to platform limitations or the complexity of compensation design than the consulting support provided by SDT.

SalesDrive has consistently been responsive, knowledgeable, and collaborative when helping us work through those challenges.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesDrive Technologies:**

Go into the partnership with clear business requirements and involve your internal team closely throughout the process.

If your goal is not only implementation but also long-term ownership and sustainability, I highly recommend leveraging SalesDrive as a collaborative partner rather than treating them as a purely outsourced resource. Their team brings strong Oracle IC expertise, but the real value comes from how effectively they help bridge business requirements, system design, and operational execution.

They are especially valuable for organizations with complex compensation structures that need scalable, sustainable solutions.

**What problems is SalesDrive Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesDrive Technologies helped us successfully implement and optimize Oracle Incentive Compensation in a highly complex compensation environment with evolving plan designs, multiple business lines, and significant reporting needs.

Beyond implementation, they helped us solve for scalability, automation, and long-term sustainability in our compensation administration processes. Their support improved our ability to manage complex compensation plans more efficiently, increased reporting visibility, and reduced operational risk.

The biggest benefit has been building a system and operating model that our internal team can confidently maintain and evolve as business needs change.

I can't think of a downside that we had.  We delivered our project on time and on budget.  That rarely happens!

**Recommendations to others considering SalesDrive Technologies:**

Take a look at this team because they are leaders in this space.  I have not found another group that stays so on top of technology in this space.

**What problems is SalesDrive Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to re-implement our Oracle Incentive Compensation tool from the ground up.  The Salesdrive team not only came in with expert technology resources, but they understand the business side and are great at making recommendations to streamline your business process as well.
