Sales & Orders has a BigCommerce extension (or app as they call it), which allows us to integrate it with our website very easily. From there, we can sign into the Google Merchant account, create the feed (very easy), and then connect it to Google products such as Google Shopping, Google Ads, and Local Products. There are also options for Microsoft/Yahoo ads, social media product shopping, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was a brief glitch in the feed a month ago and some of our products were not showing on Google Ads and Google shopping, but we were able to resolve the issue quickly with their technical support and we were back up and running by the next day. Sales & Orders is a very valuable tool for our business. It connects our ecommerce products to Google Shopping and Google Ads by creating a data feed which is sent to Google. Earlier this month, there was an issue in the account and a lot of products were dropped from the feed. Luckily, we got an email from Google stating that 64% of our products were expiring. Sales & Orders works behind the scenes, putting the product data, specifically pricing and inventory, into a feed that is imported by our Google Ads account and Google Merchant Center where ads are created for our products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
