From there, we can sign into the Google Merchant account, create the feed (very easy), and then connect it to Google products such as Google Shopping, Google Ads, and Local Products. There are also options for Microsoft/Yahoo ads, social media product shopping, and more. **What do you dislike about Sales & Orders?** There was a brief glitch in the feed a month ago and some of our products were not showing on Google Ads and Google shopping, but we were able to resolve the issue quickly with their technical support and we were back up and running by the next day. That was the only issue in 2+ years. **What problems is Sales & Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is an intricate part of our business. We use Google Shopping and Ads quite a bit and it is made easy by the Sales & Orders app. When we change prices on the website, it syncs the pricing on Google. When the inventory changes, the inventory is also synced on Google. ### 2. It connects our ecommerce products to Google Shopping and Google Ads by creating a data feed which is sent to Google. This allows us to make sure only in-stock products are being shown on Google Ads and Google Shopping. **What do you dislike about Sales & Orders?** Earlier this month, there was an issue in the account and a lot of products were dropped from the feed. Luckily, we got an email from Google stating that 64% of our products were expiring. Otherwise, we would not have known and the products would have not been on Google Shopping. Other than that, 3+ years with no other issues! **What problems is Sales & Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is the easiest way for us to integrate our catalog with our Google Shopping and Ads platforms. The feed is updated at least once per day with inventory and pricing changes. ### 3. It does all the work and sends reports either weekly or daily. **What problems is Sales & Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform I am using for my store didn't have a direct integration with Google Merchant Center or Google Ads so this was needed to bridge the gap by building product feeds. ### 4. We have ran into so many issues over the years that we needed help with and they were there every step of the way. Maybe the platform itself is a little overwhelming because there is so much going on but that is not really a negative as there is a lot of opportunity within the platform as well. **What problems is Sales & Orders solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Sales & Orders to manage our Google and Bing/Microsoft Shopping Feeds. Our setup is pretty complex and we are on a custom built platform and Sales & Orders works perfectly with what we have. ### 5.
