It was easy to categorize and tag documents; it was, therefore, possible to locate specific documents within a short period. **What do you dislike about Sakhr Software?** The disadvantage I met with ArabDox is that it is barely accessible without an internet connection. This made it extremely difficult for me especially if I was working remotely or in places with a poor or no internet connection at all. **What problems is Sakhr Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArabDox has some helpful features and its key focus to store and manage documents is beneficial. It assisted me in organising my documents and doing away with the stress of having to look for documents on the various folders of the computer. ### 2. I have only used it three times since we moved over to SharePoint which makes accessibility much more feasible. The leaning curve comes in the set up. **What do you dislike about Sakhr Software?** The setup bares a lot of similarities to an AWS instance setup. It was extremely complicated! If it wasn't for my full stack background it would have absolutely been a mess. **What problems is Sakhr Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to create a front-end variation of our cached files; something that is the bedrock of our company. It allowed us to streamline a lot of processes. it has increased our performance but never went live ### 3.
