I love how SafetyAmp transformed our safety culture almost overnight. The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for those with little tech experience, which helped drive massive employee engagement. We went from 17 near-miss reports to 479 in a year, and employees now feel empowered to participate and track the status of their own reports in real time. The system is highly customizable, supports multiple languages, and makes document management and inspections a breeze. The only real challenge has been getting every single employee to fully understand the reasons behind certain safety processes and encouraging them to invest the extra time to complete reports. While utilization is high, there's always room for improvement in buy-in from some workers who may not see the immediate value.
