I love how SafetyAmp has allowed us to move away from paper-based systems and made it so much easier to track and manage trainings for everyone, even those who are not computer savvy. The ability to quickly pull up training records for audits or inspections is invaluable, and the app makes it accessible for our field staff. The customer support, especially from Todd, has been outstanding—quick responses and even personalized videos. The only thing I wish SafetyAmp had was a quick and easy way to look up how to do certain tasks, like building a playlist, without having to reach out to support every time. I love how SafetyAmp transformed our safety culture almost overnight. The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for those with little tech experience, which helped drive massive employee engagement. The only real challenge has been getting every single employee to fully understand the reasons behind certain safety processes and encouraging them to invest the extra time to complete reports. While utilization is high, there's always room for improvement in buy-in from some workers who may not see the immediate value. Also, integrating with contractor management is still on the back burner due to timing, but that's more about our current situation than the software itself. Very user friendly with a bold dashboard to highlight and direct users to the required module such as workplace inspection, employee recognition, incident reporting, near misses etc.

When viewing incidents it would be good to have an overview of the incident with all the associated actions visible like a family tree instead of having to open each incident.
