I love that SafetyAmp has completely transformed our recordkeeping and training across multiple locations. The flat annual rate (not charging by user) was a huge selling point for us, especially compared to other platforms. The support team is always responsive and helps me set up visualizations or troubleshoot anything I need, making the platform approachable even if you're not super technical. I wish the platform was more accessible for our field employees who struggle with technology, especially with the login process. Many of our workers have trouble remembering passwords or navigating the system, so a more frictionless, non-login option for submitting forms or hazard reports would be very helpful. Also, some training content, especially in Spanish or specific to agriculture, is lacking or only available with captions, which doesn't work for employees with limited reading comprehension. I love how SafetyAmp has allowed us to move away from paper-based systems and made it so much easier to track and manage trainings for everyone, even those who are not computer savvy. The only thing I wish SafetyAmp had was a quick and easy way to look up how to do certain tasks, like building a playlist, without having to reach out to support every time. I love how SafetyAmp transformed our safety culture almost overnight. The platform is incredibly easy to use, even for those with little tech experience, which helped drive massive employee engagement. The only real challenge has been getting every single employee to fully understand the reasons behind certain safety processes and encouraging them to invest the extra time to complete reports. While utilization is high, there's always room for improvement in buy-in from some workers who may not see the immediate value. Also, integrating with contractor management is still on the back burner due to timing, but that's more about our current situation than the software itself. When viewing incidents it would be good to have an overview of the incident with all the associated actions visible like a family tree instead of having to open each incident.
