The support team is always responsive and helps me set up visualizations or troubleshoot anything I need, making the platform approachable even if you're not super technical. The ability to handle OSHA compliance, incident reporting, and training data in one place has been critical for us. **What do you dislike about SafetyAmp?** I wish the platform was more accessible for our field employees who struggle with technology, especially with the login process. Many of our workers have trouble remembering passwords or navigating the system, so a more frictionless, non-login option for submitting forms or hazard reports would be very helpful. At the same time, I’m not sure I’d be as satisfied with what the system can deliver to the audience without those features. **What problems is SafetyAmp solving and how is that benefiting you?** A solid, wide-ranging database that lets us deliver training, store certifications, and track information. The excellent recordkeeping for certifications and training stands out for me, as does the OSHA export feature, which is incredibly useful for end-of-year reporting. The initial setup of SafetyAmp was incredibly easy, especially compared to our previous system, which took weeks to implement. I was impressed with how quickly I could navigate the admin controls and customize forms and dashboards to streamline our processes. **What do you dislike about SafetyAmp?** The method for data upload could be more streamlined or guided to ensure mistakes are not made. Using Excel or .csv format means that a template guide for data upload is provided, but the specifications for what can and cannot be left blank is a trial-and-error process rather than explained. The sales and implementation teams are very knowledgeable and are incredibly helpful with all of our questions. **What do you dislike about SafetyAmp?** I believe some development work could be done to better integrate the training records with the dashboard module; they are currently separate. Also, it would be helpful for new accounts to be given a roadmap of how and when to build each module/component to ease the implementation process. I enjoyed the "classroom" and ability to provide quizzes to staff and the reporting fuction was useful and the allowance to export into an excel was extremely helpful during an audit. **What do you dislike about SafetyAmp?** SafetyAmp is not necessarily geared toward all the regulations that my organization needs to adhere to in an environmental testing lab. The platform is designed for more of a contractor or general warehouse type setting, which I can see the program serving quite well in that industry. **What problems is SafetyAmp solving and how is that benefiting you?** The docuemnt flow is not quite in order to be able to properly execute all the regulatory needs that my organization needs. SA is not solving any problems - it is improving & streamlining processes around safety & maintenance inspections.
