**What do you like best about Safe Hiring Solutions?**

I love the fact that we aren't locked in to some big expensive contract for our little church. When they find that a person you are screening may have more information somewhere else they send an e-mail and call you to verify that you want to continue digging. This is very important to us when we are doing background checks on people who work with little kids.

**What do you dislike about Safe Hiring Solutions?**

No time frame given on how long it will take to complete. Although they have never taken more than 5 days to complete a check/

Great company to work with. They are friendly and will answer any question you may have about the process and how to handle the information provided. 

**What problems is Safe Hiring Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have to dig through miles of paperwork when researching a person. Safe Hiring Solutions makes it easy to get a check done. The reports are very easy to read. They come in a .pdf form so they are easily shareable with the lead of projects where our kids are involved.

I’ve been impressed with your company. The customer service is very good and the site is very easy to use.

if you are looking o SIMPLE this is the way to go

 It has reduced our paper pushing and office management of subs and visitors from hours to minutes.

It helps that it is an all in one source for hiring.

I prefer using an online site or word of mouth for recruiting. 

**What problems is Safe Hiring Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't really have an issue before trying this software. I also never really viewed potential applicants as being a risk to the company.
