This has proven to be extremely helpful for our day-to-day business. Halfway through, we brought in Seequelle to augment our testing team and to provide guidance on the design that Dayforce was proposing. It was helpful to have an advocate who knew the Dayforce system and could help us hold the Dayforce implementation team accountable. We ended up with a much better solution and avoided some unnecessary go-live pain. Following the implementation, we contracted with Seequelle to fix several design issues and to support our rollout of time clocks across our company. Both of these efforts were very successful. We plan to use Seequelle for any system enhancements or interfaces in the future. **What do you like best about Seequelle?** Our Seequelle consultants were informed, responsive and thorough. They had a great understanding of how Dayforce worked and what it could and could not do. They were resourceful in coming up with practical resolutions to our issues and did their work efficiently. **What do you dislike about Seequelle?** My only regret is that we did not use them as our implementors from the start. **What problems is Seequelle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our original Dayforce implementors did not do a good job setting up the system to make it easy to manage. Seequelle is helping to review that initial setup and streamline it where possible. We also used Seequelle to set up Attendance Management and new Punch Policies. Our current entitlements (in Ceridian Day Force) provided a specified amount of sick time to accrue each pay period that the employee is active, rather than the sick time accruing based on the hours worked. Seequelle created a new sick entitlement for our organization. **What do you like best about Seequelle?** Communication was exceptional. Craig and Ellen never wasted time. Craig was very straightforward and forthright in all expectations. He was very detailed and asked pertinent questions regarding the task. The timeline was set in place, but if we were not comfortable when a deadline was approaching, Seequelle was very flexible. **What do you dislike about Seequelle?** I cannot think of a single downside to this process. Since then, they've helped us configure multiple Pay Policies, Benefit Exports, HR Exports, and they've given us more knowledge about the product we use daily. **What do you like best about Seequelle?** The turnaround time is amazing, and they are always very clear and responsive. When you call or email, you can be sure to receive a timely response. **What do you dislike about Seequelle?** I don't have anything negative to say about them, maybe that I wish we were familiar with them sooner. We could have avoided a lot of configuration issues due to Ceridian's implementation. **Recommendations to others considering Seequelle:** If you genuinely want to see why I'm happy with Seequelle, try getting one quote and doing a project with Ceridian, and then do the same with Seequelle. We're currently turning our manual Life Insurance Process into a benefit plan with some complex eligibilities and workflows, something we had to do outside of the system. If you choose to purchase a pre-paid block of Professional Services hours from Ceridian, their hourly rate will be less than Seequelle's, but I have found that Seequelle is way more responsive and most of the time, more knowledgeable and understanding that Ceridian Professional Services. If you have a tight deadline you can't miss, you should choose Seequelle. **What problems is Seequelle solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past year and a half, Seequelle has helped us configure all of our COVID related entitlements, new PTO and Sick entitlements, tip calculations, shift trading, and we are currently implementing the GL module. The biggest benefit to using Seequelle is their response time to questions. They are very responsive and are able to meet very tight deadlines. ### 23. Our engagements typically revolve around areas of the Dayforce HCM application that we do not yet know where their expertise is greatly valued. These engagements have been from new implementation projects for parts of the application we were not using to assistance with creating data exports to integration into other systems. Their technical knowledge has been great in speeding up the time to complete the engagements over the alternatives that were available. Over the course of the last 4 years we have engaged with Seequelle on approximately 150 different project request. Each request has been completed, very quickly, on spec, and delivered the intended result. During each of these engagements we have also used them as learning opportunities to further our own knowledge or the application. Seequelle has be a great partner in assisting us with coming up with new solutions. **What do you dislike about Seequelle?** We have only had one or two minor issues with Seequelle since we started engaging with them. The issues were always around communication with regard to explanations of what we were attempting to have completed. Each time this came up, we were able to work through the issue and have them resolved pretty quickly by doing screen sharing sessions. **What problems is Seequelle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The engagement we have with Seequelle is not about resolving Business Problems but about making the most of the applications selected to be employed. They have always come through for us. **What do you dislike about Seequelle?** During implementation, we were extremely short on internal resources to test our "sandbox" platform. The Seequelle Team Leader was relentless in our testing to their schedule. They know all of us and we know all of them. We don't have to "reinvent the wheel" to get a solution. They have an okay PM tool, but does seem to have its limits. Would be nice to have a better way to keep track of our projects, perhaps automatically sending out milestone reminders and deadlines. **Recommendations to others considering Seequelle:** Organize your projects and request estimates of effort, this will help in the long run determine which direction to take should projects take on more scope of work. Don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions, as they will be honest with feedback. This is a great learning opportunity for a client to have access to professionals who know what they are doing and willing to share that. **What problems is Seequelle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The evolving compliance landscape of being in 23 states always have us on our toes, and Seequelle is there to provide support and allows us to rest easy at night, knowing we have a handle on what needs to be done within the system to manage our issues.
