As well as the great leads they also provided some great market insights! They were also incredibly flexible and delievered some on demand ABM research in our key accounts. I have used a few agencies before, and S2M were by far dellivering the best quality. **What do you dislike about S2M-group?** Not from a lack of trying, but some leads were not as well qualified as others. I believe this was though due to the contact not willing to share information so early on in a conversation **What problems is S2M-group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our strategy was to grow in the DACH region but die to probelms recruiting we needed an alternative option. A colleague had used S2M in a previous organisation so recomended them. We used them for a German speaking set of campaigns in the DACH region to generate qualified leads in the DACH region. ### 2. The leads geenrated by S2M have led us to close several major deals. In addition, they are highly skilled communicators, and provide comprehensive reporting to enable us to understand their activity and progress. The market insights they provide have been helpful for us to understand our market better. The expertize and problem-solving skills of their teams do not only make them an excellent lead generation service provider, but also a strategic partner for marketing and sales. **What do you dislike about S2M-group?** There really is nothing I actually dislike about their services. I can point out that at the early stage of a project they were struggling to get the number of leads we expected, as we had a short kick-off time and needed to get used to the specifities of our solutions. Nonetheless, this is something that I would consider almost natural, and a month into the project the results started to pick up. **Recommendations to others considering S2M-group:** If boosting your sales pipeline through external support is a topic for you, don't doubt to give this agency a chance. I have been part team of the NICE DACH Sales Team which has been supported by S2M since 2020. S2M offers account based lead generation services, which we considered would be a good addition to our existing sales team. During the project, S2M worked with us as a partner. They target specific accounts for us with Account Based Marketing in order to create awareness and identify where interest in our solution lies, which they would convert into qualified leads. These qualified leads are then delivered to myself and our team in the form of qualified meetings. S2M shares all market intelligence they obtained through their lead generation with us via detailed reporting and alignment calls. They answer all questions quickly and in a clear matter. If there are issues reaching objectives due to the market situation or other reasons outside of their control, they share this and adapt their strategy so that they are still able to reach the objectives. ### 3. This company was the only channel we had to get fresh leads as we dont have business development team. They properly managed the tasks and passed us good opportunities that we managed to close in challenging countries such as UK. **What do you dislike about S2M-group?** A couple of months, mainly at the begining of the project and summer time the amount of leads was lower than expected. So, we had challenges to reach internal expectations from our team. **Recommendations to others considering S2M-group:** In our case S2M team helped us to close new deals. It is something really important to mention and the main reason why I would definitely recommend their services. We tested other agencies and this one met our expectations. The people with whom we are working with are very proactive and professional, they are willing to go an extra mile any time. I have notice they love what they do and we can see them as a partner , not only a supplier. **What do you dislike about S2M-group?** I think they need to improve on strategies and management of lead during the first weeks of campaign. We were a bit afraid at the beginning as we saw results just after the 3rd week of campaigns. **Recommendations to others considering S2M-group:** For sure I would recommend S2M lead generation and ABM programs. However if you would like to move forward with them, I would definitely suggest to properly come with the project scope in terms of regions/countries to cover, list of targets accounts, and clear objectives to be reached.
