**What do you like best about S Cubed?**

The integrated ABA templates are revolutionary.  They make it very simple to finish daily session notes without overlooking important information or compliance requirements.  Even new team members may begin comfortably documenting with little training because to the layout's intelligent organization and ease of use.  Additionally, I like how adaptable the templates are; they work flawlessly with our programs and data collection techniques, which promotes team uniformity.

**What do you dislike about S Cubed?**

If I could make one improvement, it would be to offer more shortcut options or customized quick actions for tasks that are done regularly, such adding standard notes or duplicating session kinds.  Workflows would be significantly quicker as a result, particularly during peak clinic hours.

**What problems is S Cubed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation felt like a constant burden prior to moving to S Cubed; it was laborious, inconsistent, and prone to minor compliance issues.  Data entry and session summaries are now all done in one location, and the system's integrated compliance checks help us stay on course.
 Additionally, it lessens the amount of paperwork that needs to be completed following a session, freeing up our therapists to concentrate more on clients than paperwork.  Our team's cooperation and reporting accuracy have increased since all of the data is centralized and simple to evaluate.  All things considered, it has improved our workflow's structure and efficiency and streamlined the ABA documentation process.

I love how easy it is to track session data and convert it into progress reports. Before switching to S Cubed, we spent hours exporting spreadsheets, formatting charts, and compiling treatment notes manually. Now, everything auto-updates and we can pull reports with one click

**What do you dislike about S Cubed?**

Because the system offers so many features, it took our newer staff time to get comfortable navigating everything. The onboarding from the S Cubed team helped a lot, but a quick-start dashboard for beginners would be a great enhancement.

S Cubed reduced our documentation time by at least half. We now spend more time focusing on therapy and less time dealing with administrative work. Data collection is consistent across therapists, which improves treatment continuity and client outcomes.

Customizable treatment plans are another huge advantage, I can create exactly what each client needs without being forced into rigid templates. Billing and session notes are automatically tied to data collection, which keeps everything organized and compliant.

Sometimes reports take a little longer to generate when pulling large data sets, but it's not a dealbreaker.
