It's amazing. I don't think I have ever used a software platform that does absolutely everything that I want it to do. 100% of the times my race co-director and I say to ourselves "oh, can we do XYZ on runsignup?" the answer is "yes." I haven't found something that runsignup cannot do yet. It does everything: filtering reports, sending email, importing contacts from past events, sending special "VIP" registration links that can be used even if an event is at is participant cap. Can be hard to find the option you're looking for. But that's because this app does literally everything; there's just a lot of menus because of that. I will say that I've been stuck without being able to sync my bank account for direct deposit for 2 years, so they mail me a check instead. It's only a problem on 1 of 2 races we manage on runsignup.
