**What do you like best about RunBook?**

Allows for easy management of procedures to start, stop, and supervise a system. And it is possible to record standard manual activities and execute them consistently.

**What do you dislike about RunBook?**

It is a bit complicated to understand the structure, it would be good to help users with the definition or creation of managing RunBooks. Or encourage more collaboration with those who are experts.

**What problems is RunBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The number of events is increasing and so is the pressure to move from identifying problems to solving them. RunBook helps by providing support to operational teams. They help me replace manual steps with script-based tasks.
