**What do you like best about RTA Fleet360?**

Fleet360 is a very well-rounded, all-encompassing FMIS system. The robust report-writing tool is incredible and feels almost limitless, and the ability to schedule reports to go out on a regular basis saves an incredible amount of time.

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

My biggest pain point with RTA Fleet360 is that support tickets can sometimes take a while to reach completion. I’m always satisfied with the responses I receive, whether it’s an explanation of why the system is doing what it’s doing or a correction to the issue. It just occasionally takes a bit of time to get to that final resolution.

**What problems is RTA Fleet360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fleet360 is helping us find and maintain a solid parts inventory level. Being able to lock in the minimums and maximums, and then let 360 calculate and tell us when to order and how much to order, makes the daily grind of ordering parts much easier to manage.

**What do you like best about RTA Fleet360?**

The software is very user friendly and works well for all skill levels. As a Faster user of 15 years this software works better and makes things flow like you'd expect. The report system has everything I need plus some. The technician side flows well for all skill level of technicians. If there is an issue, the support team is great to work with and their response's are quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

Sometimes the software will take a while to load.

**What problems is RTA Fleet360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking fuel, parts, sublets, replacement cycles, replacement recommendations based on APWA's formula, budget forecasting, depreciation, total O&M, asset tracking based on what station they're located at and many more things.

**What do you like best about RTA Fleet360?**

It helps track the work performed across the entire fleet, as well as the parts used for fleet maintenance. It’s a great tool to have in the shop.

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

I noticed that the VMRS code list includes codes for a facility/building, but I can’t add a building as an asset because the system requires a VIN number. A building doesn’t have a VIN, so I’m not sure how this is supposed to work.

It helped consolidate the work performed in the shop and made things better during state audits.

**What do you like best about RTA Fleet360?**

RTA Fleet360 is the latest version of the RTA platform. We've been using the RTA system for several years and adopted the 360 platform as quickly as possible once we heard it was coming out. One of the most useful features is the ease of access across platforms (iPad, PC, cell phone, etc.) that allows the tech's to not only update work orders in real-time, but also to log on/off in the field and even request parts while away from the shop.
On the management side, I love the new reporting as well as the layout. Gone are the days of being stuck with a single window at a time, now I can have multiple tabs open accessing information from across the system seamlessly. I use this daily to produce reports, update vehicle information, write work orders, and deal with the random customer questions that I regularly get.
Besides the 360 environment, RTA is also great at helping customers succeed--both with the software, but also in general. There is an amazing support team and consulting team available to support both the software, and management best practices alike.
We've also setup a few integrations with various systems; the easiest and most important was with our GPS/Telematics provider GPS Insight. The integration gives us up to the moment odometer/hour meter readings allowing us to actively run our PM compliance program.

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

There are occasional bugs and system slow-downs; though these have been reduced significantly from the early days of the software.

**What problems is RTA Fleet360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several things that Fleet360 solves for us. The primary benefit is getting vehicles in for PM's; the new Fleet360 can automatically run a PM report and parse out the e-mail list to our customer/department contacts. This lets each group know what vehicles are due, past due, or when they will be due for their next service so they can better schedule with our service writers when to bring vehicles in for service.
We also use this for our Parts department inventory management. Having a robust inventory is key to keeping our vehicles on the road and not waiting on parts. The inventory management helps us order the correct items, in the correct number, to keep the fleet operational.
Reporting is another major part of keeping our fleet operating smoothly. Replacement recommendation reports and work histories are key drivers in our replacement policy and help us continue to keep the Fleet as modernized as possible to reduce overall major breakdowns and the vehicles with their user groups performing the tasks the City needs to operate.

The product is always evolving, sometimes bugs pop up. But when you send in a support ticket issue are acknowledged immediately and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

**What do you like best about RTA Fleet360?**

RTA has allowed us to be more efficient in the maintenance of our fleet. The PM'S due have decreased because of the alerts we recieve

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

RTA is currently server based and they are moving web based. The new layout is not very user friendly

RTA has solved the issue of being able to keep up with when PM'S and other services are due with their alert system

I’m really not a fan of this software in comparison to others that I’ve used

Not very easy to learn, system sometimes doesn’t save created work orders

I’m able to keep track of work orders easier than having paper work orders

i appreciate being able to find WO easily, some programs you can only search by date ot 

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

Because we are a contractor for the RTC, I dont have to deal with too many complexities of the program, it meets my needs

**Recommendations to others considering RTA Fleet360:**

I'm a contractor, so it meets my needs. If you are the county or private owner of a fleet, I would suggest sending several employees to RTA training so you can better understand setup and use. One mind is better than one.

The staff are great people, they support learning and have annual users conferences. This software is a full package.

**What do you dislike about RTA Fleet360?**

nothing, The software is ever changing. If I had to pick a negative it would be that it took a very long time for one of the update versions to come out.
