
RTA Fleet360 is the latest version of the RTA platform. We've been using the RTA system for several years and adopted the 360 platform as quickly as possible once we heard it was coming out. One of the most useful features is the ease of access across platforms (iPad, PC, cell phone, etc.) that allows the tech's to not only update work orders in real-time, but also to log on/off in the field and even request parts while away from the shop.
On the management side, I love the new reporting as well as the layout. Gone are the days of being stuck with a single window at a time, now I can have multiple tabs open accessing information from across the system seamlessly. I use this daily to produce reports, update vehicle information, write work orders, and deal with the random customer questions that I regularly get.
Besides the 360 environment, RTA is also great at helping customers succeed--both with the software, but also in general. There is an amazing support team and consulting team available to support both the software, and management best practices alike.
We've also setup a few integrations with various systems; the easiest and most important was with our GPS/Telematics provider GPS Insight. The integration gives us up to the moment odometer/hour meter readings allowing us to actively run our PM compliance program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
