Routine centralizes work (tasks, meetings, tickets, clients etc.) from third-party services (Github, Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Dropbox etc.) into a graph-based unified workspace allowing seamless cross-referencing, 360-degree overview, data enrichment and visualization. By integrating with existing tools, Routine connects and enriches fragmented information, allowing users to track projects, collaborate efficiently, and make better decisions without having to constantly switch between multiple apps. It helps me establish and maintain my daily routine. Routine has a sleek and visually appealing UI. It is easy to implement and is quite user-friendly as well. **What do you dislike about Routine?** First-time users need to spend a considerable amount of time figuring their way around this app. **What problems is Routine solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Routine app to streamline my workflow by adding and scheduling tasks daily. Furthermore, it helps me add notes right into the meeting. It is my go-to app for habit-building and daily planning. ### 2. It allows adding tasks and scheduling them onto a calendar. It also includes date IntelliSense so that you don't have to navigate across the calendar manually. Every task can be opened as a page wherein you can make notes. Extremely accessible since the entire application can be navigated using only a few keyboard keys. Integrated with GCal so that tasks are available on Google calendar as well **What do you dislike about Routine?** It is still in private beta phase, so features are being added incrementally. Lacks IntelliSense for the time of day. Integration support is absent. It also does not have reminders. Only the web app and Mac app are functional as of the time of writing this review **Recommendations to others considering Routine:** It's still in private beta, so a lot of features are still on the way, so if you're looking for a quick and complete solution to all your task/project management needs, you might consider choosing an alternative or wait for Routine to release. However, if you want to follow and influence the development of the product, and are looking for an accessible and positive UX product, pick this! **What problems is Routine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Routine allows me to combine my todolist with a calendar seamlessly, while ensuring that the tasks remain consistent and accessible across both. It has great accessibility, and all functions on the app can be navigated and performed via a few keys. The UI is seamless and minimalist.
