**What do you like best about Route Accounting Software?**

The ease of use, the simplicity of the application and the excellent customer support.

**What do you dislike about Route Accounting Software?**

It’s not the complete package. AP module is now being offered and needs to go thru some more implementations before we can adopt it

**What problems is Route Accounting Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacement of old RAS that was always fixing something. Reduction in custom costs and overall I increase in performance and productivity.

Application is easy to use, we migrated from a complex piece of software that was overkill for our environment. Encompass just simplified everything. From an IT perspective it’s fantastic. Very few issues

**What do you dislike about Route Accounting Software?**

The sales team say they can do everything to get you hooked but they do have shortcomings. No one can do everything.

**What problems is Route Accounting Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced errors, reduction in IT related issues and significantly decrease in customization costs
