I find the route management very good because it helps us easily plan all our shipments ahead. It's pretty easy to use, making route management very automated. The support is great, which was especially helpful during the initial setup with the support team assisting us. I appreciate that the software makes planning shipments and coordinating with truck drivers easy and smooth, even when things change. I like how it reduces the costs of deliveries and planning by keeping us constantly in sync with our drivers, allowing quick notifications if there are any issues on the road. I love the route planning feature in bMobile Route Software. It has improved our planning significantly by considering windows, dwell time, and stop logic, making the whole process better and freeing up our time. I really appreciate the real-time delivery insights with bMobile Route Software, which helps us see what's happening and improve our route planning significantly. I like the onboarding process, and although it wasn't easy at first for some drivers, once we got through it, the plan, planner, and route manager system really improved our communication with drivers and dispatchers. It's now much easier to track deliveries and optimize routes, making everything more productive and efficient. The route prioritization feature is a standout because it allows us to consider delivery windows and stop durations effectively, which is very useful for planning. I find some UI elements in the route management could be improved to make the software smoother to use. We think it's related to the maturity of the product and doesn't significantly impact us, but some small UI changes would be nice. I like that bMobile Route Software makes route management easy with its user-friendly interface, even though it took some time for the drivers to get used to it. The prioritization of stops by quantity and volume is valuable, as it helps target high-value stops first. Improvements in delivery windows and dwell time are also beneficial, allowing us to access store receiving hours and typical time on-site. The Smart Skip Logic is really useful, enabling easy management of stock by moving it to the next service day when needed. I also appreciate the real-time tracking, which lets our clients see the trucks live, and the delay forecasting feature, which helps predict arrival times more accurately. The time mapping and route optimization cut down windshield time drastically and track every stop with precise ETAs, so drivers are always up to date. Our routes hadn’t changed in three years, so some of our high-volume chain accounts were ending up randomly placed at the end of the sequence and receiving late deliveries. The Route Planner solved this for us. It takes into account custom delivery windows, real dwell times, and account value to sequence stops in a much more sensible order.
