Recommendations to others considering Rotageek:
It is a good product and would definitely recommend to anyone interested. Only issues it can be slow and cluttered. Should make it more friendly. But it is a good product and have been using it for nearly 3 years now. This is probably because head office might have put restriction on Line Managers for certain tasks. Before we had accessed to the browser view on the phone. Now it is very hard.
I like the software but sometime too slow, or not responding . Should improve the layout more and make it easy to print reports. Should be able to move a gap shift to an employee than assigned , give us the option.
Other than that it is a good product - another teething issue is annual leaves - unable to authorised following year because of the allocation for current year. So colleagues are unable to request. People page should me more friendly
Should have comment on employee profile so Line manager can write notes. Should made it more mobile friendly through web app so that we can see more , look for information on the go when there is a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Rotageek solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chat assistant are pretty good. Having issue where sometime you have to refresh a lot of time.
