Logical organization of sections, ease of use, incredible customer serevice & help team.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

Not a customizable nor as efficient as other CRM systems.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping our team manage incoming opportunities and follow-ups that need to be completed for said opportunities.

**What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?**

My favorite feature of Rolldog is the ability to keep my leads and opportunities updated in a modern and easy-to-use interface. The system is straightforward, eliminating any guess clicks.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

So far, in my experience with Rolldog, I haven't found anything to dislike. The system does exactly what I need it to and more.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rolldog CRM is helping me manage all my leads with pertinent information. Rolldog gives me a score to know what data I need to qualify or disqualify leads better.

We've found the Opportunities Manager to be extremely useful to our business in order to maximize efficiency and ensure continued growth.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

We have yet to tap into the potential of the Project Management software features but look forward to exploring this space further this year.

Rolldog CRM is helping ensure that we are taking advantage of all opportunities & leads that come through the door to maximize our company's continued growth.

Rolldog is a great tool that helps me manage all my customers and my opportunities.
Help me to improve my sales and keep control over almost everything sales related.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

Until today I have not found any serious downside to the system.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rolldog helps me to manage my day-to-day work. I'm able to manage hundreds of customers and keep working on sales.

**What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?**

The Opportunity Manager is what we found very helpful. It really highlights where you are strong and weak in a deal which lets you work on the weak points.
Rolldog is very strong once you are engaged with a prospect to stay on top of deals, evaluate close chance and track revenue by rep.
As well, for activity tracking the activities module and analysis tools are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

Prospecting in general was pretty weak until the release of the leads module. They still need to work on lead generation/prospecting tools.
Also still needs better data transformation tools accessible by users, which they are working on.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are tracking Rep activity.
We are consolidating all data/activity into one central software package. No more Excel Spreadsheets and multiple lists/activity databases.
A better handle on all active deals, including identification of weaknesses and strengths in deals.
We are able to attack outbound marketing in a more organized and directed way.

**What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?**

This is a simple, yet effective tool. It is easy to implement.  I really loved the workflow which was so simplified and less complicated than what you would have to endure with other CRzm tools.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

Initially, it used to be the Intergrations but these where all updated and the features work so much better now.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for basic Contact information, Lead Generation,  Integrating with other applications, Email campaign management and prospecting. The benefits being the super power of lead nurturing

**What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?**

Rolldog CRM helps take the sales process to a higher level of automation.  The lead scoring and stages you set up make managing the sales team a visual process rather than a linear boring line-item process. The visual reports available for managers allow for better one on one with your staff.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

I like everything about this product, easy to use and scalable.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking the guesswork of a lead closing at the set time
Having the sales team on one solution to manage the day to day operations that is easy to use and helpful to the end-user

The objective view of the forecast and pipeline.  Not relying only on the input of the sales rep.

I have no cons of this solution as it does all that was expected.

Look around but you will find the best value for the dollar with Rolldog.

This solution gives us a more predictable pipeline and allows us to close more business given that it takes the objectivity out of each lead and deal.

**What do you like best about Rolldog CRM?**

Rolldog allows me to objectively look at my sales team's forecast and remove much of the salesperson's "gut feel". Having this opp management piece that sits on top of Salesforce is incredibly valuable and streamlined for us. Our forecasting and close rate has drastically improved with Rolldog.

**What do you dislike about Rolldog CRM?**

At this time, nothing. The product performs and exceeds our expectations, including thanks to their customer service.

**What problems is Rolldog CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing the subjectivity from our sales process has improved close rates across the board.

Nothing...excited each time a new integration comes out!
