PaaS solution, not SaaS.  Flexible, customizable.

**What do you dislike about Rockinfo?**

With customization comes complexity; with complexity comes difficulties maintaining functionality and consistency.

**What problems is Rockinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rockwell allowed us o converge multiple systems into one while giving us the ability to do business the way we want, rather than the way someone else decided it should be done.   This gives us greater differentiation of our solution from others, greater flexibility, and easier innovation opportunities.
