What do you like best about RiskSmart?

RiskSmart has powerful functionality with a clean and simple end user experience.

Making risk management understandable and valuable for business users can be challenging but RiskSmart enables end users to derive tangible benefit from time they spend engaging in the RM process and the RiskSmart platform.

Although we are a relatively new customer, I can already see that RiskSmart can accelerate a proactive risk management culture and embed understanding of risk management fundamentals across all lines of the business.

Lastly, the customer support has been excellent. The team are responsive and actively engaged in identifying product enhancements for the benefit of users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RiskSmart?

This is not a dislike but it a consideration for end users. RiskSmart is flexible and scalable so establsih a strategy to help shape the system to your needs. It doesn't have to be detailed but deciding on the best approach for your company needs important.

What do you like best about RiskSmart?

The platform is very user friendly and intuitive. It allows us to manage our risks more effectively, as well as makes reporting much easier.

Customer service is great. Quite a lot of adjustments and customisations had to be made when we started to use the platform, and RiskSmart team was very helpful during this faze, and also when we needed other help with the platform after that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RiskSmart?

RiskSmart is an excellent tool to manage a wide variety of risk management requirements. Although we are in the early stages of our intergration, the platform allows us to give our risk managers a comprehensive and easy to use view. Any issues we have encountered, the team are on hand and happy to help us resolve. We have been able to customise sections of the platforum to suit our needs, and the team take all feedback for improvements onboard. What do you dislike about RiskSmart?

What do you like best about RiskSmart?

RiskSmart is a user friendly platform that aids the risk management process. It is easy to navigate between each area of the platform. The team are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have and responding to issues quickly. The team ensured a quick and smooth migration of our risk data. They also delivered comprehensive seminars with our company to train internal stakeholders and the RiskSmart academy (on the platform) is a useful reference point containing step by step guides and video tutorials. What do you like best about RiskSmart?

For a medium sized enterprise such as ours RiskSmart is the ideal compromise on functionality and userability vs cost. The user interface is easy for people who aren't risk professionals, but who own and manage the organisation's risks, to use on a day to day level and the ability to filter on the risk register and dashboards allows simple reporting to the Risk committee at an executive level.

The system was up and running very quickly and the customer support from RiskSmart is fast, friendly and knowledgable. The RiskSmart team are risk professionals so understand queries immediately are open to suggestions for enhancements to the way the system can work across multiple different types of organisation. What do you dislike about RiskSmart?

There is nothing I dislike about RiskSmart. The only advice I would give to new customers who don't have an existing risk management system (or who run purely from spreadsheets) is to know how you would like your processes to work and your risk registers to be structured because it is so flexible and has so many possibilities it would be easy to over engineer a solution! What do you like best about RiskSmart?

The platform has strong inherent ease of use, significantly aiding adoption among risk and control owners. Multiple different departments are keen to use the wider ecosystem after seeing demos of the platform.

The RiskSmart team are all fantastic, and have been great helps in configuring to our very specific requirements. They are a great sounding board for ideas, and understand risk management so they are able to provide feedback to our proposals and often make our ideas better. What do you like best about RiskSmart?

RiskSmart does the basics of risk management very well. It is not just a system for risk professionals wh use it every day but one for all occasional users. It is intuitative and easy to use for those without a backgorund in risk but managment of risk is part of their job. It is an important tool for embedding and develoing risk awarness in our orgnanisation. The RiskSmart team are risk professionals themselves and understand what users are looking for in a risk management solution. They are actvively open to ideas to continually improve the system and are proactive in delivering solutions and workarounds if the system does not neccesarily cover our firms specific requirements. What do you like best about RiskSmart?

The system is clean and intuitive. There are regular feature releases that further enhance Risk Management and also efficiencies in use of the platform and BAU work. Implementation of the system was quick and efficient, our requirements were outlined with guidence from the support team and we achived a go live date within 2 months. Our business were able to quickly realise the benefits of the system and has embedded will with support of the excellent training provided.

RiskSmart is a great intuitive system for any risk professional, and fantastic for the the wider business to easily manage their risk and control environments, without the over complicated spreadsheets, procedures and terminology.
