What do you like best about Rise?

Rise has amazing customer service. There has been multiple occasions where I've forgot to submit or approve my companies payroll by the cut-off time, and on every occasion I've been able to connect with a member from their team immediately and they've extended my cut-off time or been able to help me submit directly. Their customer service is top of the line, it is refreshing to know that if I need to get immediate assistance, I will be able to connect with a real person no problem.

The whole payroll process is also very straightforward and user friendly. Once you watch their videos once to get the rundown on how to sign up employees, submit payrolls etc. it is very smooth sailing from there.

I've never had an issue with them in the two years I've been using RISE.

ALSO, their fees are very reasonable, especially for a small business. This is what initially drew me to them and nothing has changed, no hike ups in prices or anything like that. All around RISE is the perfect payroll service for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rise?

The only area of improvement that I'd love to see happen is to make mobile use an option, I think adding in this capability to submit payrolls would be the icing on the cake. Other than that I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
