Its very helpful when Rippling sends automated emails to my work email when I am paid. This gives me a notification to check my Rippling/bank account to ensure my payroll is coming in as expected. Overall, I don't really have any features of Rippling that I dislike. It's pretty intuitive and easy to use and definitely has a more modern interface compared to other software programs I've used to review HR/payroll related things.
