Powerful modules combine to create adaptable construction management software supporting every facet of clients’ operations, from managing tenders and contracts, to capturing work hours and data in the field. RIB cx is the easier way to manage all project data in a single program and is constantly developing to support the latest RIB Software innovations and industry demands. Our cloud solution integrates a wide variety of powerful modules for project delivery, including; Correspondence - Capture and manage project communication in a cloud-based forum environment, with users able to comment, track issues and report on time and cost impacts. Publication Space - Ensure the right people have access to the right information through a secure central document management system with a comprehensive data trail. Contracts Administration - Create contracts, set up budget outlays and manage claims, variations and payments with ease. Tenders - Seamlessly create and monitor tenders through a central dashboard and ensure packages are up-to-date with smart addenda management. Defects Management - Capture defects onsite, assign duties to relevant trades and ensure inspection is expedited in real-time. Quality Management - Ensure delivery is to agreed quality standards, with digital Inspection and Test Plan requests, surveys and non-conformance reports able to be issued. BIM - Review, approve and publish BIM files in various formats without the need for additional software or plugins. Custom Modules - Build a platform that best suits your needs with Risk Management, Safety Management, Sustainability and other modules available. ## RIB cx Reviews ### 1. Very unreliable for a system where reliability is critical for project operations. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021 **What do you like best about RIB cx?** Compact GUI and it's flexibility are about the only pros I can think of, but I'd take reliability over flexibility anyday. **What do you dislike about RIB cx?** It's complete unreliability, even at critical points in the project. We had the largest tender on our project due today; we had issues compiling it at the beginning, issues throughout the tender, and after 2 months of being out to tender.. bidders were unable to submit due to a glitch on the due date. We were told the problem was unlikely to be fixed before the tender was due and to find an alternative method of submission. **Recommendations to others considering RIB cx:** Don't use this platform unless it's a non-critical element to the project and you want a cheap alternative. **What problems is RIB cx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gained more problems in tendering and document control than we have seen benefits. **Official Response from Tracy Woodland:** > Hi there, Thanks for being an iTWO cx user. We’re so sorry to hear that you haven’t had a positive experience with tenders and bid submission. Whenever we receive reports of issues our team endeavour to resolve them as quickly as possible - and for time critical problems such as this our team will immediately suggest workarounds to keep things moving. In this case, as the bidder deadline was only a few hours after the issue was raised, while our team started working on it straight away, it looked unlikely that it would be resolved before the tender was due. As such our teams’ advice was to source the files via an alternative method in order to meet the time limit. The issue in iTWO cx was permanently resolved the next day, so it was a very unfortunate timing issue. We pride ourselves on having a reliable platform and it looks like in this case we haven’t met expectations. However, we’re pleased to maintain a 99.9% uptime rate and an average >4.5/5 star rating on our support tickets over this quarter. Our clients use iTWO cx regularly for all aspects of managing projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars; almost always without issue, and when there are issues, our support team are available and ready to assist.
