After researching many different companies, REZKU’s system stood out as the perfect solution for my needs. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly helpful in setting up my back-end system, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve been using REZKU for over three years now, and their customer support continues to impress me. Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve been able to call and get it resolved within minutes—truly outstanding service. For any café or restaurant owner looking for a reliable and responsive system, I highly recommend REZKU. Rezku provides multiple kinds of categorizing data options (variants, modifiers) that could be used to segment our products (beer, etc) into styles, container types, sizes, etc. for both retail (taproom) and commercial (kegs/cans) sale. The support team has been great in helping us figure this out. It was easy to implement our concept of product data into Rezku in a way that was also understandable in the UI for our Front of House and Operations staff to use every day. **What do you dislike about Rezku POS?** Rezku is mostly geared towards restaurants of course, so while it is flexible with respect to different kinds of data, reporting of that data is more tricky to pull out and analyze. We are able to get raw data out for most of what we need, but then need to do post processing of spreadsheets to be able to use it offline for analysis and as input to other systems (e.g. billing, inventory management, planning). **What problems is Rezku POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rezku is our primary product management and point of sale system in our taproom and remotely at events. It is our time card/punch system for our team. We also pull raw reports for sales and inventory purposes that feed in to compliance and tax reporting. ### 3. We quickly learned that we had inadvertently chosen the best option as well. All of the staff at Rezku are courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have never called and not been able to resolve an issue quickly, with a tech who knows MY business, and can get me out of a jam with ease, intelligence, and humor. We would recommend Rezku to any restaurant that needs an excellent POS service provider. **What do you dislike about Rezku POS?** Some features can be difficult to understand independently but Rezku is always available to walk it’s customers through any challenge at any time. **What problems is Rezku POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rezku solves our issues with finding an affordable, user-friendly and “idiot proof” (we mean that lovlingly) interface that makes taking orders, filling orders, and handing off orders easy and stress free. ### 4. Using it for my restaurant it allows me to keep everything very organized and helps it make the information easier to find. If I have any questions the customer service staff at Rezku is very helpful and friendly. I use it every day and it helps with inventory, to reports, all important information I need to run my business. **What do you dislike about Rezku POS?** The only thing I dislike about the Rezku POS System is this survey they had me take. Otherwise, I have had no issues. **What problems is Rezku POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I ever face any problems with Rezku I just call customer service and the issues have been resolved right away. ### 5. The customer service is so beyond that I have experienced with other POS companies and that wasn't something that I even knew right away. Their support chat has saved me many times in the middle of service when I needed answers immediately. 2. How easy it is to update, customize, and get into the back office. Be sure to download the Back Office App. I like to keep it running in the background for seemless transition and adjustments during service, especially when you are in the first few weeks of opening. 3. It does everything we need, and then some. We are a small bar & restaurant with patio dining too. As an owner that also bartends and waits tables, I can say that with the proper set up of the system, anyone would be happy with Rezku. **What do you dislike about Rezku POS?** Dislikes, these are pretty nit picky, but still don't love that.... 1. The custom reporting isn't as custom as we'd like, but there are a ton of report options in the exports that can do the trick, just need to do more digging. 2. There is no 'print' button while you are in a live order, you need to hit checkout, then 'reprint'. If you are a quick service/counter service only this won't effect you. But, with a full service bar/ restaurant, it's just an extra step. **What problems is Rezku POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rezku is our best organizational tool. It alleviates manual order taking, sales data & reporting, tax/accouting reporting, credit card processing, and I'm sure many other helpful tools that support our everyday issues. ### 6. The customer support team is BEYOND incredible, and we have genuinely never waited longer than a few second to 2 minutes for a thorough and detailed answer to any of our questions. We are constantly updating our menus, and Rezku has made it so simple to add/remove/archive any items we need. **What do you dislike about Rezku POS?** A slightly more customizable dashboard, and auto-generated separated labor reports for both FOH and BOH that are shown in percentages instead of dollar amount. 7shifts is not great, so I wish it wasn't advertised as an integration on the Rezku platform. **What problems is Rezku POS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every part of Rezku is easier for us to use than our previous POS System. Our transactions are more streamlined, and our servers were able to learn/feel comfortable with the system quickly due to all the available training videos.
