What do you like best about Rezku POS?

One of the best decisions I made when starting my crêperie business was choosing REZKU .

After researching many different companies, REZKU’s system stood out as the perfect solution for my needs. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly helpful in setting up my back-end system, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I’ve been using REZKU for over three years now, and their customer support continues to impress me. Anytime I’ve had an issue, I’ve been able to call and get it resolved within minutes—truly outstanding service.

What do you like best about Rezku POS?

We were looking for a simple system that was flexible enough to organize our products with multiple criteria. Rezku provides multiple kinds of categorizing data options (variants, modifiers) that could be used to segment our products (beer, etc) into styles, container types, sizes, etc. for both retail (taproom) and commercial (kegs/cans) sale. The support team has been great in helping us figure this out.

It was easy to implement our concept of product data into Rezku in a way that was also understandable in the UI for our Front of House and Operations staff to use every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezku POS?

Rezku is mostly geared towards restaurants of course, so while it is flexible with respect to different kinds of data, reporting of that data is more tricky to pull out and analyze. We are able to get raw data out for most of what we need, but then need to do post processing of spreadsheets to be able to use it offline for analysis and as input to other systems (e.g. billing, inventory management, planning). What do you like best about Rezku POS?

We’re a small mom and pop pizzeria and initially chose Rezku as the most affordable option. We quickly learned that we had inadvertently chosen the best option as well. All of the staff at Rezku are courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have never called and not been able to resolve an issue quickly, with a tech who knows MY business, and can get me out of a jam with ease, intelligence, and humor. What do you like best about Rezku POS?

Rezku POS System is very user friendly. Using it for my restaurant it allows me to keep everything very organized and helps it make the information easier to find. If I have any questions the customer service staff at Rezku is very helpful and friendly. What do you like best about Rezku POS?

I'll share my top three to keep it short:

1. The customer service is so beyond that I have experienced with other POS companies and that wasn't something that I even knew right away. Their support chat has saved me many times in the middle of service when I needed answers immediately.

2. How easy it is to update, customize, and get into the back office. Be sure to download the Back Office App. I like to keep it running in the background for seemless transition and adjustments during service, especially when you are in the first few weeks of opening.

3. It does everything we need, and then some. We are a small bar & restaurant with patio dining too. As an owner that also bartends and waits tables, I can say that with the proper set up of the system, anyone would be happy with Rezku. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezku POS?

Dislikes, these are pretty nit picky, but still don't love that....

1. The custom reporting isn't as custom as we'd like, but there are a ton of report options in the exports that can do the trick, just need to do more digging.

2. There is no 'print' button while you are in a live order, you need to hit checkout, then 'reprint'. If you are a quick service/counter service only this won't effect you. But, with a full service bar/ restaurant, it's just an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rezku POS?

Rezku has streamlined our service exponentially due to its ease of use, and friendly user-face. The customer support team is BEYOND incredible, and we have genuinely never waited longer than a few second to 2 minutes for a thorough and detailed answer to any of our questions. We are constantly updating our menus, and Rezku has made it so simple to add/remove/archive any items we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rezku POS?

A slightly more customizable dashboard, and auto-generated separated labor reports for both FOH and BOH that are shown in percentages instead of dollar amount. 7shifts is not great, so I wish it wasn't advertised as an integration on the Rezku platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
