I'll admit I was skeptical at first. Seeing some reviews from other companies sending millions of emails monthly, I wondered if RevReply had value for my modest low volume campaigns. Boy was I wrong. The quality of responses improved my conversions so dramatically that volume became irrelevant. But the real revelation? I had no idea how much time I was burning on email tasks I considered "quick." Following up, scheduling, answering the same questions - these weren't tedious until RevReply showed me life without them. It's like I didn't know I was carrying a 50-pound backpack until someone took it off. Now I can't imagine going back to manual responses. My only regret is nearly passing on this because I thought I was "too small" for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I know there are ways they can make this better. I know they're working on it, but I do think there are ways they could redo the setup so it flows a little easier. It did take some brainpower to figure out, but it was worth every single drop of sweat. And honestly? I hope they don't go viral because what an amazing little secret weapon to have on your side. Part of me wants to keep this competitive advantage to myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
