I think the biggest change about RevOps Automated would be to have them onsite from time to time. This is NOT a requirement, more of a request/suggestion...the amount of innovation and progress we have gotten done in the past 90 days has been amazing. The ROA team is fully remote, so make sure you are set up and comfortable to potentially work with different time zones and via email and video. Ask them specific questions about their skill sets, knowledge bank and experiences, they have been completely upfront with these areas and haven't signed up for anything they are not able to do. Make sure that your culture and organization has similar values and expectations as the ROA group. In my experience this often gets overlooked when selecting a partner, and through the vetting process we were able to quickly and easily see that we aligned.
