The team is knowledgable on best practices and sharing new ideas. I feel the best thing they do is LISTEN. They hear what my team is asking for and what we want to get accomplished. They are very quick to respond to our questions with real actionable solutions. I think the biggest change about RevOps Automated would be to have them onsite from time to time. This is NOT a requirement, more of a request/suggestion...the amount of innovation and progress we have gotten done in the past 90 days has been amazing.
