Give it a try and stick with it for at least 6 months to a year.  It may not work right away, but with compounded emails going out and adjusting when things slow down you will see a great ROI.

You need to know what you are looking for and who your peronas are. 

If you want to see results, don't just mass email. Have a story, have multilple targets - spend the time to personalize your flows as much as possible.

We are creating complex flows and niche targeting - there are so many moving parts. The team has been working with us to get stuff moving and we've been seeing good results even on our tier 3 accounts. Looking forward to whats next.

If you are looking for additional lead gen or pipeline in any region, you should consider using Revboss. Provide how many more opportunities you need, and the Revboss team will recommend what campaigns, how many leads need to be emailed, and pricing options. The best part is that they do not randomly reach out but rather understand your ICP by persona, industry, and employee size and plan the campaigns. Frequent A/B testing is conducted.

Account management is world-class. RevBoss consistently asks the right questions to get a good sense of our ICP. Iteration is consistent; there's no complacency as we've gotten underway, only a push to get better month to month.

Companies that don't have a good sense of ICP will not benefit from this service. Some industries will be less successful with outbound targeting than others. If these conditions are met though, RevBoss is the right partner.

Our company has had a few false starts in outbound lead gen that made us realize that a solid effort in this area required consistency, knowledge, and a good stack for targeting. RevBoss came equipped to tackle all 3 of these objectives.

The dashboard makes it so easy to track and report success. It is a very transparent process which is appreciated so we know when to pivot and optimize based on results.

There are no dislikes- the relationship and outcomes have been great. The only thing is at times current contacts will get mixed into the lead funnel and will be reached out to multiple times.

The team is incredible, the strategy is thoughtful and practical, and the leads are high quality. We've also been able to revise our copy based on the feedback RevBoss has given us. Additionally, we've expanded the types of campaigns we work on with the team because they are so effective.

There's nothing I dislike. I would highly recommend RevBoss to anyone. It will take some effort to get things up and running, and I would expect some ramp-up time before you start to see leads. However, the effort and time are well worth it!

If you're looking for a partner who can help revitalize your email outbound strategy, RevBoss is the absolute best partner you could find!

It took about a month to get everything humming. Our Account Manager understands our business, the RevBoss copywriters have embraced our voice. We get quality leads at a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

Takes a bit of time every week to manage - this is a feature, not a bug, but I can't think of any other downsides.  The people are great, the service is stellar, the software is pretty good - use them.

RevBoss replaced our internal BDR role.  Our cost-per-lead has gone done substantially since then and we spend a lot less time working on this portion of our top-of-funnel.

They have an excellent team and their copywriters were able to craft extremely effective messaging that gets an incredibly high level of engagement.

The price might be high for some, but like any form of marketing, the ROI needs to be there for it to make sense. In our case it is 300% so its a no-brainer, and we expect that to increase as we increase the scope of our services.

**Recommendations to others considering RevBoss:**

I strongly suggest you give this a 6 month trial--the first 2 months will be a ramp up so you wont see the full benefits until month 3. I also recommend doing three campaigns at a time (if your plan allows it) and regularly cycling out the weakest one for a new one every few months.

They generate new business and establish a lot of new relationships. They keep me very busy as our lead business development person!

We generated a lead in the first month that closed. We've averaged 3-4 quality leads and 10-12 warm leads each month since we started using Revboss. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

Some months are better than others. I think this has more to do with the seasonality of the buying process in B2B that I've seen in my whole career. But Revboss was still able to average enough leads to justify costs even in the slow months!

**Recommendations to others considering RevBoss:**

The service generally takes some time but it worked right away for me. I allowed their copywriters to do what they do best. My advice is to just follow their recommendations on messaging and see how it goes in the first 2-3 months.

**What problems is RevBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent lead generation and filling my pipeline so that we are creating steady growth. We've closed 15% of the leads we received in 2021 (out of 78 leads with a strong ROI.

**What do you like best about RevBoss?**

Excellent communication, a process that is easy to understand and very transparent. The minute someone raises their hand as being interested in having a conversation we get an email and can act on it.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

Not much, if anything getting a better understanding of how we can invest more in the platform and what opportunities we are missing. However, overall it is hard to say that anything is bad. Even when we had a contact change, it was a flawless process.

Stop waiting and do it...unless you compete with us...then do me a favor and keep doing what you are doing.

Generating more outreach to prospective clients. We have gone from almost no discussions per week to 1-2 per week ongoing. My firm is selective so we have to have a lot of informal chats to find clients that fit how we do business...RevBoss is great for this.

Upon the rise of covid19, they brought in the leads when the world seemed like it was going to stop working.

**What do you like best about RevBoss?**

Unlike any other lead platform I've dealt with:
- they consult on and provide the messaging
- they automate the sending at strategic times for your target market
- they create the mailboxes and monitor them to ensure deliverability
- they have a helpful interface to track leads and overall performance of various email flows
- they have a great accounts team that think strategically for you
- they have the insights and experience to make it all happen

It's only gotten better the longer I've been working with them.

When the founder doesn't wear shoes in the office. Just kidding.

The sales rep who sold the services was fantastic. However everything after has been a disappointment

The results.  We spent $7,500 and did not get 1 solid lead.  We understand that it takes time to start but 3 months for zero leads is unacceptable at this cost.  Weekly touch base calls were informal and not structured.  Overall a lack of competency.

It's advertised as a lead gen service which is what we were trying to increase for our organization.  No benefits

I think its the best tool to use if we need to increase MQL's and SQL's. This will act as a Leag Generation Manager for your company and increase the profitability of your organisation

It's a great platform for lead generation. I have used in my company and we were able to achieve great results. Not only the ample accurate database but as well the in-built feature for segmentation, reporting helps a lot in getting results soon. It does have messaging templates to use, and some sales training coaching for representatives.

Our company requirement were met at that point of time, however yes there's a scope for product enhancement; Interface, reporting. Small businesses good to go.

Should be considered this product when looking for vendors around lead generation. The ROI is justified!!

**What do you like best about RevBoss?**

There are many, but let me start with the fact that I think this is not only the future of how smaller businesses generate mid to bottom of the funnel leads if they know how to write, pay attention, and know their target market (not as obvious a skill as one might think). I say future, because I was attracted to the fact that RevBoss uses AI / Machine Learning to help curate data from multiple sources, something I no longer have to do (or I could buy it for huge money). Also, the fact that they include the drip campaign software is another huge win. It's all in one place. Lastly, I say "Smaller business" because in the world of online advertising, the huge software companies outbid the smaller ones, even if the smaller companies have a better more small business focused product (as is the case with our BizAutomation cloud erp product). So this totally evens the playing field, which is a big deal for the smaller companies. We're already gearing up our own software in anticipation of this trend.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

There could be more help videos on Youtube, but the UI is very intuitive, and their onboarding support really is impressive (they actually care ? What a concept).

**Recommendations to others considering RevBoss:**

When working with any technology, it's important to make sure your read, and learn how to optimize it to meet your end goals.

**What problems is RevBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating middle to bottom of the funnel leads, with optimum ROI. There's so many marketing channels to consider these days, and many of them are black holes that take your money and don't return any of it back. This is one that we're happy to put in our marketing mix.

Easy market validation and content testing. We used RevBoss to test and validate different markets as well as to generate leads within those markets. We could easily A/B test content and sign up processes through the automated emails as well.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

App UI/UX has room to grow but still very usable. Like most startups, RevBoss built a fantastic MVP. The product delivers the value proposition extremely well. Usually, though, the UI and UX lags behind the quality of the value proposition (as it should according to most startup experts). One or two more iterations on the UI and UX and I'll have virtually 0 to complain about.

Give it a shot - its the best money I spend every month. Working with the RevBoss team is inspiring as I hope my company can provide that quality of support and account management!

We have been able to validate markets (geographically, industry, etc) as well as primary target contact type at each company. We have been able to generate effective copy for cold emails and have worked much of our outbound compaigns through RevBoss.

RevBoss is a great tool for finding new leads and saves you the hassle of finding contact info.

At first there were a lot of bugs in the system, but over time they all were worked out accordingly.

RevBoss makes outbound email blasting easier. Since using the platform I've spent less time searching for prospect emails, and have also seen a increase in my overall open rate.

The support and customer success teams at RevBoss are fantastic. The onboarding was personalized and one-on-one, and it really helped us get going with the tools. I can't recommend their support team enough.

I prefer tools that are displayed inside of Gmail. That said, RevBoss does a great job of integrating seamlessly with Gmail, even though I've got to be on their site to execute.

Their lead generation tools are helpful, but their sales development tools (stage mgmt, drip, mail merge, etc.) are top notch.

**What do you like best about RevBoss?**

Enjoy the drip feature operating out of my gmail account.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

I haven't seen any conversions to sales yet. I am wondering if it is the quality of the leads because I was getting more conversions or at least warm leads when I was doing manual data mining and manual e-mailing.

**Recommendations to others considering RevBoss:**

I would recommend RevBoss doing a sample e-mail search so they can get a sense of the types of leads RevBoss supplies.

**What problems is RevBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing e-mail campaigns instead of manually e-mailing everyone.

**What do you like best about RevBoss?**

The time that this saves me, it used to take me days or weeks to find and email a thousand clients. With RevBoss I can do it in less than a day.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

It is still fairly new and has an occasional bug, but they are great at fixing them fast and responding to questions quickly.

**What problems is RevBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding leads and improving our sales cycle

The sequencing is easy to use and configure and work with mass email.

**What do you dislike about RevBoss?**

Price was a little high for what I gained while using the software and the bundle offered was not compelling. Should separate into different features: sequencing, data purchase, ...

**What problems is RevBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prospecting, increasing leads. Not much, other than perfecting sequencing emails and templates.

Motivation to make those calls!  Emails and other outreaches going out on time.
