**What do you like best about Retino?**

Retino helped us to cut time spent on processing returns and complaints to one quarter. It is complex and understandable tool that is easy to handle, both, for our employees and our customers. I also appreciate quick and helpful product support.

**What do you dislike about Retino?**

The loading time of retino app could be faster. If you learn some routines to be as quick as possible, in your ticket processing, usually you have to wait a few seconds until the page is loaded.

**What problems is Retino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Retino, we would have to develop the whole return tool for our own. Retino is very focused to be understandable for our customers. And as more and more e-shops use it, is it becoming a standard for customers for whom is easy to orientate in it.

It is a tool that is very intuitive and helps with the return of unsuitable goods. No more paperwork, printing or extra unnecessary tasks.

I can't think of any significant weaknesses at the moment, I would perhaps welcome more integrations to foreign carriers.

We have a connection to the Retino widget to our syste, so we can offer it to our clients for returns, which we then process in our distribution center. This is a desirable feature that improves the customer experience.

The tool is very simple and intuitive to use. We were able to connect Retino to our ERP system and our outsourced fullfilment warehouse via API connection. It 100% improves the customer return experience.

**What do you like best about Retino?**

What I find most useful about Retino is its simplicity, clarity, and the ability to integrate with other systems through its API interface.

**What do you dislike about Retino?**

The documentation could be better, but their customer service makes up for it.

Retino has solved our issue with tracking returns, which we no longer need to manage in Excel or on paper. Thanks to the API integration with our ERP system, we've been able to automate a significant portion of the process.

We really appreciate connection and intuitive platform for solving returns, changes and complains. Via API connections we connected 3 systems together and really save a lot of time for our warehouse employees.

We didnt find yet any negative aspect of this system

**What do you like best about Retino?**

The customer enters their own return - they automatically receive a label or QR code. Quick processing when the package is returned. I import a file from Retina into the bank for payment processing. This automation saves me a lot of time. Customer support assisted with the setup. The implementation went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Retino?**

So far, I haven't had any trouble using it. So far, only positives.

The best thing about RETINO is its ability to automate and simplify the entire process of returns and complaints, which saves time and reduces administrative burden.

Another negative aspect of RETINO is that some features are not available through the API, and moreover, the API is charged, which can be a disadvantage for companies that need full integration with other systems.

We must pay for the service :-D But its a fair price. Everybody can afford it in the running bussines.

**What do you like best about Retino?**

Deploying Retino to our stores (both online and retail) was a game-changing moment in handling complaints and returns. We operate in 17 markets and with such volume and breadth it was not easy to have an overview of everything.
We keep all records in one place and have a clear overview of all cases thanks to advanced dashboards. Everyone involved in reverse logistic works with Retino, from customer service to retail stores to warehouse employees. All communication - internal as well as with customers - is processed in one place, so it is very easy to find your way around and get all necessary information with each case.
Automation saves us up to 70% of the time that needs to be devoted on processing the case, so customer service can focus on other activities that support the growth of our business without missing a deadline.
Thanks to Retino, 99% of our customers are satisfied with the speed and course of solving their case, and they also have a complete overview of the return/claim process thanks to the customer portal, where they can see the entire history of solving their case.

**What do you like best about Retino?**

Retino is a comprehensive claims manager. Retino replaced several databases that we had to constantly updated until we started using it. It is friendly to both us and our customers who love it and we have countless happy customers thanks to it ever since. Registration of returned items, issuance of documents, e-mail communication with the customer, keeping track of deadlines and many other functions that we use every day and thanks to which we also develop our activities much more easily.

Getting started with this application can bring a lot of questions about your own processes and workflow.

**What problems is Retino solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As being said earlier,  we use Retino for registration of returned items, issuance of documents, e-mail communication with the customer, keeping track of deadlines and many other functions that we use every day and thanks to which we also develop our activities much more easily. Retino is a comprehensive claims manager and so it replaced several databases that we had to constantly renew until then. It is friendly to both us and our customers who love it and we have countless happy customers thanks to it. The whole customer process became way smoother, faster and friendlier.

**What do you like best about Retino?**

As the business grows, people return, change or complain about goods more and more. Even if you try the most. Retino makes this burden completely straightforward, elegant and simple. All the customers are well informed, we have deadlines covered and everything with less manpower. It saves us real money and increases customer satisfaction. The fact that it is perfectly integrated into our e-shop platform is "just" an extra bonus. In short, Retino is great.

Pretty much nothing. Even the support is perfect.

It handles all returns on one place and saves manpower. It creates all the legal documents in one click, speeds up the labels generation and so forth. It also gives us useful insights/stats.

**What do you like best about Retino?**

I didn't really trust the supplement, but after trying it, I kept it. It's a really great tool that makes everything clearer and, above all, faster. I really like the possibility of a refund with a link to a company account. No manual entry into banking, i.e. tedious with the possibility of typos. Even the customers praise each other. So it's great for me and I recommend it to everyone regardless of the number of returns and complaints.

Retino is a great helper. Notifications about the creation of new cases from customers arrive on e-mail, he monitors the deadlines, and above all, I have to greatly appreciate the customer support, which solves any shortage practically immediately.

During the entire period of use (5 years), we did not encounter a single problem. Everything is fine and the support is always great. We cannot think of any recommendations for improvement.

It completely changed the way we deal with returns and claims, and our customers find it really helpful, too.

It works perfectly without any management for 2+ years, it is just that we found setting up a bit complicated.

Retino makes the process of returns much easier, faster, much more effective and easy for our customers. We can check the status of any claim anytime and inform the customers. The customers receive emails everytime, we change the status. Difefrent departments of our company have access to Retino so the internal communication is also held in Retino. Trackable, easy.

Not much to write. Actually, we are happy we have decided to start with Retino. It makes our work easier.

Before Retino, we were struggling to keep track of returns and complaints. But now everything is in one place, and we have a clear overview of all cases. The platform is easy to use, and we love the statistics that help us analyze our performance. Retino has been a game-changer for us!

Setting up automatic e-mails for customers is not really user-friendly and took us a little bit more time than it could have.
