**What do you like best about RetailSTAR?**

I love the reporting abilities within Office Star and how easy it is to customize your reports. The program as a whole is very user friendly and once you start using it more and playing around with its features, you find out how much it is really capable of.

**What do you dislike about RetailSTAR?**

The thing I think people dislike the most about RetailSTAR is its interface, it comes across as very old to some people who are simply looking for the newest and boldest design rather than efficiency or user friendliness. 

**Recommendations to others considering RetailSTAR:**

I would recommend to not judge the program based on how it looks at first glance. I believe it appears older. Whereas some programs sell themselves based on bells and whistles, my last couple years working with RetailSTAR have showed me that all the fancy things some POS systems show off are not entirely necessary, and many do not have the capabilities Retail Star has. 

**What problems is RetailSTAR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although it took me moving up in the company and being forced to complete more administrative tasks, I was able to find how truly helpful and easy to use the program was. I was in charge of reporting monthly sales based on not only overall income, but income by vendor, style, color, price range, and more. I was really blown away by how detailed my reporting could be compared to other programs I have used.
