What do you like best about ResponsiBid?

True story! Using AI technology and a simple web interface that lives on our company website, Responsibid regularly onboards new clients, introduces them to our company, offers them an array of services, allows them to input the relevant job parameters and then gives them service options to fit their needs. Then, based on the prospect's selection(s), it calculates the job time and efficiently offers them openings on our job calendar that make sense based on job duration, crew capability, and drving efficiency. Once the client selects the best appointment time for them, it collects a deposit to lock the job on the schedule. And, if a prospect is still on the fence, it will intelligently follow up with them using personalized emails and text messages until they give a definitive response.

Recently, it did all of this while I was acting as the birthing partner for my wife at midnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?

Getting the system fully implemented and working properly on your own is cumbersome. But there's no other way around that since it is designed so that it can fit any service company's needs. The AI needs the necessary build out from you so that it can do its job. Thankfully they have options to get one on one coaching through the implementation process. What problems is ResponsiBid solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's making my home life better. It allows me to be home more and worry less about the jobs that we've bid and remembering to follow up. It also continues the sales process even after we've long forgotten about a prospect by offering friendly follow-ups by email and text a year or two later. This has won us jobs that were lost to a competitor because we actually followed up. With API integrations, we also automatically leave a prospect a voicemail check in so that we have a 3-element contact strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's true that setting up automation to create quotes on the fly and allow the only true intelligent scheduling for outbound service providers does take some work, but we can help setup your connections and our other reviews really reflect that. This is truly our first 0 star review, in fact I think it's our first less than 4 star review.
