## About ResponsiBid
It’s like hiring the most responsible office assistant you can imagine for a fraction of what an office assistant costs. And it does the job the way you want it to. Every time. ResponsiBid allows you to quickly build proposals in any service field, particularly carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, window tinting, and solar panel cleaning... but the custom items area will allow you to build a proposal for anything you can imagine. ResponsiBid then automates the follow-up and aggregates the data so that you know where you are getting the best leads and customers. Customers can sell themselves services from their computer or phone without having to call into our office.

**What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?**

Set up is a little time consuming for testing services and pricing before going live.

Know your pricing structure by unit.

We increase our sales and we were also able to increase our average ticket sale through responsibid

**What do you like best about ResponsiBid?**

True story! Using AI technology and a simple web interface that lives on our company website, Responsibid regularly onboards new clients, introduces them to our company, offers them an array of services, allows them to input the relevant job parameters and then gives them service options to fit their needs. Then, based on the prospect's selection(s), it calculates the job time and efficiently offers them openings on our job calendar that make sense based on job duration, crew capability, and drving efficiency. Once the client selects the best appointment time for them, it collects a deposit to lock the job on the schedule. And, if a prospect is still on the fence, it will intelligently follow up with them using personalized emails and text messages until they give a definitive response.
Recently, it did all of this while I was acting as the birthing partner for my wife at midnight.

**What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?**

Getting the system fully implemented and working properly on your own is cumbersome. But there's no other way around that since it is designed so that it can fit any service company's needs. The AI needs the necessary build out from you so that it can do its job. Thankfully they have options to get one on one coaching through the implementation process.

**What problems is ResponsiBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making my home life better. It allows me to be home more and worry less about the jobs that we've bid and remembering to follow up. It also continues the sales process even after we've long forgotten about a prospect by offering friendly follow-ups by email and text a year or two later. This has won us jobs that were lost to a competitor because we actually followed up. With API integrations, we also automatically leave a prospect a voicemail check in so that we have a 3-element contact strategy.

**What do you like best about ResponsiBid?**

The follow up emails once a customer is entered into the system is great. It stops clients from slipping through the cracks due to lack of communication. 

**What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?**

Lack of robust features and options when it comes to emails. It would be really nice to see the exact emails that are sent to clients so when an issue arises we have proof of what was or wasn't sent. 

**What problems is ResponsiBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issue of lost customers from not following up with clients. A benefit is providing package pricing to customers is really easy.

The versatility is endless of how you can customize the bids. The follow up is awesome. And the customer service is phenomenal.

There are always a few improvements that could be made but they listen to suggestions

Getting online estimates without being on the phone is great

It is nice to have such a way to get bids when you don't window wash or whatever.

**What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?**

There are honestly so many problems when it comes to scheduling with it, or giving a bid to existing customers.

**Recommendations to others considering ResponsiBid:**

If you are also using this to link up with your scheduler, or something that is easier, I do not recommend it.

**What problems is ResponsiBid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was nice to be able to give bids to customers without having to send them to the company.

I love how easy it is for the customer to walk through their service needs and get an estimate right there on the spot!

I wish it linked with more calendars because I love how easy it is to schedule.

The fact that my customers can come to my website, give themselves an estimate on my companies services, then confirm the job to be scheduled, all in one sequence. 

**What do you dislike about ResponsiBid?**

I wish the product had a lower cost. I find that my company has needs that cannot get through hthe program without having the premium version

Responsibid is automating the way my customers can give  themselves estimates on my website, making it so that  am saving time by not having to schedule work that my customers already want.
