What is ResponsiBid?

It’s like hiring the most responsible office assistant you can imagine for a fraction of what an office assistant costs. And it does the job the way you want it to. Every time. ResponsiBid allows you to quickly build proposals in any service field, particularly carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, window tinting, and solar panel cleaning... but the custom items area will allow you to build a proposal for anything you can imagine. ResponsiBid then automates the follow-up and aggregates the data so that you know where you are getting the best leads and customers. What do you like best?

True story! Using AI technology and a simple web interface that lives on our company website, Responsibid regularly onboards new clients, introduces them to our company, offers them an array of services, allows them to input the relevant job parameters and then gives them service options to fit their needs. Then, based on the prospect's selection(s), it calculates the job time and efficiently offers them openings on our job calendar that make sense based on job duration, crew capability, and drving efficiency. Once the client selects the best appointment time for them, it collects a deposit to lock the job on the schedule. And, if a prospect is still on the fence, it will intelligently follow up with them using personalized emails and text messages until they give a definitive response.

Recently, it did all of this while I was acting as the birthing partner for my wife at midnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Getting the system fully implemented and working properly on your own is cumbersome. But there's no other way around that since it is designed so that it can fit any service company's needs. The AI needs the necessary build out from you so that it can do its job. Thankfully they have options to get one on one coaching through the implementation process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's making my home life better. It allows me to be home more and worry less about the jobs that we've bid and remembering to follow up. It also continues the sales process even after we've long forgotten about a prospect by offering friendly follow-ups by email and text a year or two later. This has won us jobs that were lost to a competitor because we actually followed up. With API integrations, we also automatically leave a prospect a voicemail check in so that we have a 3-element contact strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The follow up emails once a customer is entered into the system is great. It stops clients from slipping through the cracks due to lack of communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Lack of robust features and options when it comes to emails. It would be really nice to see the exact emails that are sent to clients so when an issue arises we have proof of what was or wasn't sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
