**What do you like best about Resonate?**

The score system based on Promoters and Detractors which help us to make improvements in terms of negative and postive scores. Moreover there are many filters which we can apply when we make reports based on the customers reviews, customer needs and where we need improvements. Apart from that, based on my experience i can tell that the best score will show you the best performing scores and low scores show you the low performing stores which will help my job easier in terms of Operations.

**What do you dislike about Resonate?**

In terms of score calculations  the Neutral customers score will not be caluclated at all. This makes sense but still if we can make changes in that that would be great.

**What problems is Resonate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an operational manager for stores in Germany adn UK , this portal is really helping me to understand the root problems in a store based on customer reviews.
